This is not a dealership that concerns itself with customers! Appalling customer service. Charge customers as much as you can, and if they say otherwise, give them attitude and a lecture about how the customers! Appalling customer service. Had to get a part, it's $20 cheaper from Mazda online, so I asked to price match, the parts manager, Ryan, the parts manager, was acting like he was doing me the biggest favor on the planet, act of God to price-match, gave me a 5 min lecture about money! Wouldn't take an additional 12% off coupon that I brought in, telling me that I was "trying to take advantage" of his kindness, and yet another lecture about how they need to make money, and not about taking care of the customers. Ryan was so disrespectful and inappropriate, openly showing his contempt for me as a customer. AND the part they got me was wrong! So, now, I have to come back and deal with their crap to get the correct part. As a side note, they also use outdated Mazda oil and cheap Mexico-made oil filters if you change your oil here. I do my own for that reason, so I'm not getting ripped off by a dishonest dealership. Lousy dealership More

How long does it take to do an oil change with filter? I say 20 to 25 minutes. Not the case at Hodges Mazda St. Augustine. My car was taken into the service bays just before 10 am. An hour later I asked f I say 20 to 25 minutes. Not the case at Hodges Mazda St. Augustine. My car was taken into the service bays just before 10 am. An hour later I asked for my car back. I was told it was still on the lift. I instructed the adviser to bring my car around regardless of whether the service had or had not been completed. My car was returned 15 minutes later by the dealership’s manager after I told him his dealership “sucked”. Worst service experience at a new care dealer ever! If they send you a discount coupon for service, shred it and go somewhere else. Save yourself the grief. More
