Disrespectful, sloppy service Had an accident with a deer. Long story, had to fight and return the car 3 times to get it properly fixed. Finished product looked good, customer service not great I brought my Audi to the Hoffman Body shop, due to the tremendous customer service I had when I bought and serviced my Audi at Hoffman Audi. Even though I lived 40 miles away, I took the trip to East Hartford for that reason. Customer treatment was casual, unprofessional (in my opinion) and not what I would expect. I was told that the job was "easy" and would only take a few days. Brought car in on Monday 8 am. People in the shop seemed surprised to see me. Yes, I did have an appointment. Needed to follow up on status, and was told car might be ready by Friday... (Oh, this is an easy job only a few days). Followed up again, and was told car would be ready Friday after noon., (why do I have to continue to follow up). Consultant was very casual, a bit rude and did not instill any trust in me as to the process. Ultimately, car looks good, but the experience is not one I would repeat. More
