The Lincoln Way app on my Lincoln stopped working. Lincoln company had tried to help me but couldn't get it to work and told me to go to a Lincoln dealership to have a diagnostic done to determine the Lincoln company had tried to help me but couldn't get it to work and told me to go to a Lincoln dealership to have a diagnostic done to determine the problem. Tyler H. was the service advisor I was lucky enough to have to work on my car. Tyler is a problem solver-he listened to what was already done, set up steps to try various solutions and was able to get the app to work. He is an excellent listener, trouble shooter and very respectful to a non-technical senior.He is a great representative for the Hoffman Dealership! Thank you,Tyler!!!! More
