No #'s on paper...all "backroom" dealings-Had no idea where the #'s were coming from- Ended up wanting to take the White explorer...was already sold (Thank God!!)-I was scolded like a child, b/c "I backed out of the deal"... Which I did not- Told them where they could get another vehicle which was comparable- Was told they would get back to me....that was 4 weeks ago-STILL WAITING- My husband and I have great credit- Bought a BRAND NEW SUV this w/e...YOU LOSE HOFFMAN- More

I was treated very fairly at Hoffman Ford. They gave me a great price on a vehicle I liked. They also have done some service work and body work on my car as well. Both my service experience and my experience great price on a vehicle I liked. They also have done some service work and body work on my car as well. Both my service experience and my experience with their body shop was great! They are very customer focused and friendly. i bought a year old vehicle 03 explorer i made the deal and paid cash for the vehicle it was like pulling teeth to get the things that were supposed to be included in the deal . every thing was finally tak and paid cash for the vehicle it was like pulling teeth to get the things that were supposed to be included in the deal . every thing was finally taken care of after making a bunch of extra visits and calling many times bugging them. so beware not the type of dealership i want to deal with again . a take your money and run type of thing .
