I have been a costumer of Hoffman for over 9 yrs now and I have always been extremely happy but about a week ago there was a little issue. They were washing my care as a certace and by cars antenna broke. I I have always been extremely happy but about a week ago there was a little issue. They were washing my care as a certace and by cars antenna broke. I was told it was a $200 antenna. When they looked at the antenna they said it had been glued at some point. I did not glue it and I bought the car used from Hoffman. So I was sold a car with a broken antenna. The serves deportment was not shere if they could replace it for fee because they felt it was not there fault because it was defected. I was quite upset. I had just spend over $500 on brake work on the car and now I had no antenna. The parts department did not want to eat the cost of a new antenna. But Janetta Marrero my service advisor came to my rescue. She was able to convens them to work with me and gave me free serves and parts. She worked very hard for me and understood how up set I was. She rilly went to bat for me and went way beyond what she needed to do. I want her to be recognized for all her hard work. I think she is the best !!! Rocky has displayed top notch professionalism, excellent knowledge, consistent initiative and tremendous work ethic that I would consider above and beyond the call of duty. I was one of those customers who would leave the dealership and go to a local mechanic once my warranty had expired but Rocky has managed to earn my trust and confidence in the service and quality of work provided by Hoffman Honda. As the "face man" to service Rocky has always been fair with the final tally. He has, on several occasions, brought to my attention rebates and discounts. Rocky has even convinced me to buy new tires at Hoffman by matching the best local price I could find...Unprecedented! I would often find myself discussing cars and performance issues with Rocky. With a friendly greeting he always resolves the problem without ever saying no. A++ I will miss Rocky when Hoffman decides to promote. Louis More

I had another A+ experience Oct.6 with Rocky and the rest of the Hoffman Staff. A fair amount of work was done plus tires but Rocky walked me through it all and helped get any discounts that applied. Conscientious as ever Rocky mentioned a recall that I had not received in the mail from Honda yet. This is the second Accord I have purchased from Hoffman and no one else has touched these vehicles. Mr. Gardner was extremely helpful to me today. I brought my 2005 Accord in for service because the abs light was on. The right frontsensor needed to be replaced so I authorized the work and went home. I later called Janetta when I realized I had an extended warranty on the car. I gave Janetta the warranty information and she contacted the company for me. The service was covered and I was very happy with Janetta's customer service and job knowledge. When I went to pick up the car it was still being tested, there was a problem so Janetta asked me to wait while it was fixed. The replacement sesnor was defective and the car needed to stay over night. Janetta had the head mechanic explain the issue to me and I agreed to the delay. Janetta set me up quickly with a loaner car. I was very happy with the service Janetta Marrero provided as well as the explanation provided by the head mechanic. I will definitely reccomend Hoffman Honda for service based on this experience. More
My car was taken in for scheduled maintenance. My concern about smelling antifreeze was investigated and it was determined that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was not pleased with this diagnosis as the car only has 75,000 miles on it and there was no evidence of any external damage (road debris,etc.) to explain this premature equipment failure. Because of Rocky's experience in Honda maintenance, he tried to help me by explaining that while it was rare, he had seen it happen before. He also helped me with the bill by applying any discounts that I qualified for. More
