I purchase my SUV in 2009. At the time I never received my paperwork (it was requested 3x). I went in to have an oil change done on my SUV and I expressed my concern to Jeanetta about not having my paperw my paperwork (it was requested 3x). I went in to have an oil change done on my SUV and I expressed my concern to Jeanetta about not having my paperwork on the purchase of the SUV. Within 3 to 4 business days my request was granted by Jeanetta and I had the information that I requested. She is a woman of her words and I really appreciate it. I know its hard dealing with the public, but I always see her with a smile on her face. I feel comfortable knowing that she is an honest person and I can rest assure that she knows what she is talking about. Thank you Jeannetta for everything you have done for me. Keep up the good work! From the moment I met Rocky he was kind, friendly and extremely helpful. My service was completed with care and attention to detail. I drive a Honda Civic Hybrid with an expired warranty and, at the time, an expired Hybrid battery. When I first came to Hoffman Honda, and the car was diagnosed, I felt like Rocky listened to me and then proceeded to "lobby" for my repair to get done in an affordable and timely manner. He ALWAYS kept me well informed and updated and ALWAYS returned my phone calls promptly. (He even remembered when I was on vacation during the process and asked me how it was.) When I was leaving the dealership, after my battery had been replaced, Rocky walked me to my car and made sure my driver's side floor mat was securely in place and my radio was reset. I am extremeley grateful for Rocky, the service team, and the treatment I received at Hoffman Honda. More

My Honda Passsport was serviced on May 9th 2011. I didnt realize the car had such severe rust damage,therefore the car was unsafe to drive. I was then given excellent customer service by Rocky in the service department. He was very effecient, honest, and a caring human being. The service was amazing and I was treated with the upmost respect.Rocky provided me with a rental car until my vechile was fixed and ready to drive which was a blessing because my finicial cash flow was very limited. After my Honda Passport was fixed I was made aware that the car had multiple problems and maybe I should consider purchasing a new vechile for saftey reasons. Rocky then introduced me to Tom Neary to see if I could find a car within my monthly budget. Tom was upbeat and had great product knowledge. Within a day we found the perfect car for me, a 2010 Honda Civic. Tom was very easy going and shined just like a star. Tom then intoduced me to Drew (in the financial department) which made the whole process simple and easy. Drew did an amazing job finding me a excellent interest rate although my credit score is not the greatest. They exceed our expectations and deliver on their promises. I am comfomfortable knowing that when my wife or son turn the ignition switch in their vehicles on that the car starts. I have had a lifetime of experience as a customer needing car servicing. Finally I have been privileged to receive the ultimate in overall service and personal contact at Hoffman first with Rocky and then with the entire staff. There is always Hoffman staff in the service area asking if you need help, and they don't forget about you. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff is the first thing you notice. The ease at which they put you is the second. Finally their honesty and best effort to get you information or an appointment is their first priority before you leave the shop. There are no clock watchers on the Hoffman Staff even if you arrive near closing time. Ultimately, Hoffman respects their customers without prejudice. You are offered a complete basic explanation of Hoffman's intended service or troubleshooting plan. You will be given an honest estimate and will be contacted if the estimate of work and cost are on target or have to be readjusted. Still, above all else, you are not rushed. Every question is answered with the promise of further explanations as the work progresses. The amenities - from the scheduled shuttle service with personnel having outstanding courtesy and driving skills, to the quiet and comfortable waiting lounge are unusual in the business of car servicing. I have been to car dealerships with relatives in NY and friends here in CT and react with disdain at every aspect of their poor operations. Outside of Hoffman there is a noticeable lack of 'polish' to any staff and no consideration of the customer. With Hoffman the car is ALWAYS returned with the work 100% completed and no residual car fluids or dirt inside the car, on the steering wheel - anywhere. Rocky brought my car to me when the service was completed on the night we had a wild rain storm; I didn’t have to go out to the lot on my own. When I started to get into my car Rocky kept insisting "I see how good the clutch feels now. What a difference!" He was genuinely pleased that I noticed the obvious difference after the fix. This diagnosis happened weeks ago when I asked Rocky to road test the Honda and listen for any signs of damage to the car. I had been cut off by a truck on 84; I hit the brakes and the clutch and the car went into a terrible 360 degree skid. The car in no way seemed damaged but I worried that something might show up later on. Rocky took the car for a road test and came back with a 'damage free' diagnosis from the highway incident but he could tell the clutch needed to be looked at. It was just good fortune that I had concern about the car and that Rocky was available. Someday I would like to trade in my car for a late model 'pre-owned' Accord. It's something to look forward to...a new car and same old superior Hoffman service. More
