I called on a Saturday morning and asked if I could bring my car in and have a new battery installed. I didn't have an appointment and they were completely booked up, but they said bring it in and they would get to it. I was in and out in less than 2 hours! I have brought my car into Hoffman several times in the last year for service and each time I have been very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the work done. More

Mostly great, little bit longer wait than anticipated Service was friendly and he listened to my problem with iphone. A few things bumped loose on my way out of the parking lot and set off my engine light; they were quick and professional about setting that straight. Closing Time on a Friday It was closing time on Friday and I pulled into the dealer because my wife had a flat tire and we were having the care brought to Hoffman after hours. It was closing time on Friday and I pulled into the dealer because my wife had a flat tire and we were having the care brought to Hoffman after hours. Jim was outside and stopped what he was doing to greet me. He could not have been nicer and answered all my questions about where the car should go when it gets here and what we needed to do. He took the time to write on the drop envelope for the team to call us Saturday morning and we got a call from Anthony right on time. The tire was toast but they put a new one on and we had our car by 10:30AM. I appreciated their approach and professionalism. More
