Great experience I purchased a Jeep Wrangler with both the hard and soft tops back January. After a tough winter I was excited to get the soft top on so I could enjoy I purchased a Jeep Wrangler with both the hard and soft tops back January. After a tough winter I was excited to get the soft top on so I could enjoy the warm spring weather. After removing the hard top I realized that some of the soft top pieces that came with the car would not fit. I contact Jon and within a few days he had corrected the situation. This was 4 months after I picked up car. I cannot say enough about the customer service, they were great. I would buy another vehicle from these guys in a heartbeat. More

Great Experience/ Excellent Customer Service !! I recently purchased my Honda Pilot from Hoffman's. Anthony and Jon were excellent salesmen and overall I have to give them two thumbs up on how down I recently purchased my Honda Pilot from Hoffman's. Excellent experience buying a used car I had a very good experience at Hoffman. Frank was the contact I met through the Internet, Anthony was my salesperson, Jon was the Manager, and Fran I had a very good experience at Hoffman. Frank was the contact I met through the Internet, Anthony was my salesperson, Jon was the Manager, and Fran helped with the finance part. They were very helpful, had good knowledge about the car, and were not pushy. Everything went through very quickly, and as fast as I expected it to be (signed an agreement on Tuesday, took delivery on Thursday). While I am used to negotiating price with other cars I bought, the sticker price was priced at a fair and competitive price. Definitely a place I would do business with again. More

I have owned my Smartcar for over two years. When I first bought the car, the cars were hard to find, but Hoffman found exactly what I wanted. Although the Smartcar does not need to be serviced often, first bought the car, the cars were hard to find, but Hoffman found exactly what I wanted. Although the Smartcar does not need to be serviced often, whenever I want an appointment, I am able to get one on the date and at a time of my choice. The people who work at Hoffman are friendly, accomodating, and very thorough. At my most recent appointment, the service person noticed my tires needed replacing. I knew the tread was worn, but the service person made sure to actually SHOW me how worn it was, rather than asking me to take his word for it. Hoffman keeps me up to date on information concerning my Smartcar via email. I would recommend Hoffman to anyone who wants all-around great service at a good price. More
