Let me be clear that these tire problems were in no way the responsibility of Hoffman Toyota. However, their true customer service policy showed it's bright and shinny colors once again. Though they did not need to take on the extra work that they did in dealing with the Michelin tire company, they were able to resolve both including a few laughs along the way of my tire issues. Both time the problem was a bubble in the sidewall of a tire. Hoffman has earned my trust and business in the service department. Again, they were respectful and professional, but just as important to me, they made my experience enjoyable, including a few laughs along the way. More
