I received a call from Scott this morning. The tire needs to be replaced, and they are not only replacing the damaged tire but all four. He offered to have someone pick up the car and leave a loaner for us to use while the tires are being replaced so I don't need to take time off of work to address this. While the loaner isn't necessary I appreciate them going above and beyond my expectations to correct this. Seeing how they take care of their customers in this manner we will absolutely consider them for our next purchase.

In good faith, we resolved the brake concern and replaced the battery at no cost shortly after it was purchased nearly a year and a half ago. At that time you stated in writing that the tires were acceptable. It sure seems unfair to Jarrod and our team to write such a review at this time. Hello Scott, Thanks for your reply. When i first mentioned the concern of the worn tread, along with a measurement from the mechanic, you replied with "that passes", so I let it go. That was your decision not to repair that issue, not mine. It wasn't until this past weekend when a mechanic pointed out that 2 tires (that are already showing cracks near the rim) were manufactured in 2017, and 2 in 2023. He said tire life is usually 5 years. Now I'm on the hook for replacing all 4 tires, something that I can't believe I'm dealing with a year and a half after buying the vehicle. So between the low battery, bad brakes, and 2 bad tires, I feel the review is justified since all of those issues should've been found during a thorough inspection, and then repaired BEFORE the vehicle is even offered for sale. Jarrod assured me that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected, which it clearly wasn't. A dishonest salesperson warrants a 1 star rating.
