Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. I had left out the Bluelink troubles, that Holler's had this vehicle in their possession longer than I have, and that the registration given at time of purchase was not for the correct vehicle (the registration has been rectified). I had tried contacting Holler on Friday the Fifth so that I could extend the courtesy vehicle's term. Response was the vehicle was ready for retrieval. I had inquired if it'd be alright to try the 'valet mode' that had been LOCKED in and not able to be released via the engaging device (MyHyundai with Bluelink app due to my subscription). Jeff Casimir approved. Service tech, Bennet, stood in the open driver's doorway as I turned 'valet mode' on and then was met with the same error msg when I tried to turn off. Holler's had the 2026 'N' since November 29th. When I stopped in on Tuesday the Ninth, I learned why I received an email on a courtesy vehicle I returned on the Fifth. I called on the Eighth and was told that Victor would be emailed for him to contact me, he didn't. I had texted Jeff Casimir about the emailed contract, a request to ask the engr team to figure out why the app was not able to turn off 'valet mode' (not just reset so 'valet mode' was off), & about the courtesy vehicle he'd given keys for on the Fifth (it has damage, there was debris in the hatchback, & it required investigation to a 'clunking' noise frt/pass). No responses from those three text. Jeff did not address me as I waited for an agent by the service doors. When the next free counter person helped, he directed me to Victor. Victor and I went over the courtesy vehicle (damage was fine, debris was not important and he removed, the vehicle was not checked in from its prior loan). So, I had an understanding why Jeff didn't help. Returning to the service counter area, another wait, another agent. I had asked for the status and he had me wait at his kiosk, he walked two back and talked with Jeff. Why I wasn't involved, I do not know. He returned and the vehicle is still being worked on, the engr team does not know which module is at fault, and no expected completion date. Up till the Fifth, I had the understanding that the Holler group wanted to ensure my satisfaction. Antonia Colon has been continually in contact to ensure that everything with the vehicle is alright, still (received a text Tue. evening, touching bases and continued assistance offered as needed). Holler is not over the engineering team, 'you're' at their mercy, I understand this. I am unsure what else can be done at this time, other than what's been provided: courtesy vehicle, means to communicate, and Holler housing the vehicle while a third party remotely evaluates the situation. Thanks for compensating me for this 'unique' situation (my vehicle's storage & courtesy vehicle). It's a learning experience I won't forget.

Wanted to update my review, if you have electrical problems, don't go to the dealer, got to Auto Master in Winter Park. He took his time to find the problem, and only charged $500 vs. the $900 quote just to look at my car by Holler (see previous review). I actually like my car, but this one and the prior version I had both needed repairs that normally require a dealer, and after dealing with this dealer both times, I will never by a Hyundai again. Not worth the overpricing, stress, and poor customer service.
