It is a very busy dealer. If you are not serious about buying a car, nobody will care of you much. It was also not easy to deal and took almost 6 hours to finish negotiation and paperwork. I came to Kuni Honda to look at new Civics since my 2001 Honda was totaled earlier this week. I never felt any pressure from him in the initial visit to buy right away, I still wanted to test drive a couple other cars, but knew I was probably going to go with the Civic. I called Bego back later that afternoon to set up an appointment the next day to purchase the 2013 Civic. We came back the next day and bought the car with the help of Bego, Jeff Cox (the sales director) and financing with Kurt. Jeff and Bego went through all the different finance options for me and worked with me to get a payment that I could work with. It was a busy day at the dealership, but we never felt rushed from any of the sales staff. All of the staff were very friendly and informative when it came to the purchasing process (this was my first car that I have bought brand new from a dealer). Bego went above and beyond with his customer service, the detailers in the back were congested with the car sales and he personally went back and helped get my car ready while I was going through the finance process. I will definitely recommend Kuni Honda as a dealer to anyone that is looking for a new car. More
