Our experience was great. We walked in to the dealership already knowing what vehicle we wanted. At no time were we pressured into looking at another vehicle we weren't interested in. Because we knew what we were looking for it really came down to the dealership reputation and the price. I contacted Kuni for an internet price and was very happy with the quote I received. I received quotes for both the LX and EX. After a test drive, we met to discuss pricing. Really there wasn't much to discuss. Chris S. honored both prices they had quoted us and it was just up to us to decide on the model. After deciding on the EX, the paperwork was expedited by Chris and within an hour and half we were done. On a busy Saturday that was quick. While a few add on services were offered to us there was no pressure to accept them. We were really happy working with Chris and would recommend him to others. Our experience at Kuni was top notch. Cassandra contacted me after I posted in inquiry using USAA's vehicle finder and immediately got me in for a test drive. I decided against purchasing the used vehicle and went with the new one. When I finally received my settlement I was ready to purchase so I emailed Cassandra telling her what I had down and what I wanted to walk out the door with in terms of monthly payments. She was able to make an offer within $10 of where I wanted to be beating offers I had from three other dealerships by a minimum of $15. All negotiations were handled via email and once I walked in the door everything was ready to go with no surprise add ons. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so Kuni had to initiate a dealer trade which I was not charged for. Ken handled all the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle and was very patient waiting by me throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. He then offered to handle my rental car pick up by Enterprise. Finance experience was typical where they try to add a bunch of warranties and added cleaning packages that aren't necessary but the gentleman was not overly pushy and was knowledgeable with any questions I had. I gave quality a work a 4 because I was not overly impressed with final cleanliness of the vehicle. It was not completely dry when it was parked out front and there were smudges all over the vehicle that Ken was nice enough to wipe off. I used to detail cars for a dealership when I was in high school and the quality of this vehicle was not up to par with the standards I would have given myself. I was also fairly dissatisfied with a woman by the name of Sonia or Sophia, something of that nature. She was constantly emailing me and calling me even after I told her to please be patient as I waited for my settlement. Initially it drove me away from Kuni until Cassandra was able to get me back in with an offer that couldn't be matched. More

Bought a car from them and our sales associate, Will, was very good. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and got what we needed quickly. Everything was clean and in great working order. They also had complimentary drinks and snacks which just made the experience more enjoyable. The only reason I took off a star was because of the wait for the finance guy to even see us. We waited almost two hours after having seen the car, got an amount for our trade in, and settled on the loan details to get in and finalize the purchase. We didn't purchase any extra packages or anything, yet buying the car from them comes with several perks, like detailing and tire rotations 4 times a year for the entire time I own it. Although I doubt I will use them that often, it is nice to know I have the option to get it for free. Again, the only problem I had with my experience was the wait to finalize everything with the finance guy. I don't know why it took so long to get back into his office, but it was kind of ridiculous how long we had to wait when we had already hashed out all of the details with a manager before hand. More
