I Purchased a 2009 Mazda in2012 and was treated very well and the price and overall experience was very pleasent!! So when my son was in need of a used car I returned knowing that We would get a fair de well and the price and overall experience was very pleasent!! So when my son was in need of a used car I returned knowing that We would get a fair deal for him. I was very pleased with the deal he recieved also! our Sales Person was Scott Conley and he showed us several cars with NO pressure until we found the car we wanted. This was an A+ experiance!!! We will return in the future when we need another Car. Thanks, Van Carara More
Ken was great to work with! He understood what I was looking for and was very helpful and patient in explaining my options to me. I really appreciated his demeanor and did not feel rushed or pressured a looking for and was very helpful and patient in explaining my options to me. I really appreciated his demeanor and did not feel rushed or pressured at all throughout the process, a very welcome, different experience than at other dealerships! His manager, Ralph, was also great to work with. When we were negotiating prices, I felt very comfortable and that they weren't just trying to make a "sale." I love my car and am so pleased I ended up at Kuni Honda to make my purchase! More
My wife and I found a Toyota Highlander in Boulder that we were interested in so we went to Arapahoe Auto Nation across the street. After experiencing lousy customer service there we decided to stop at Ku we were interested in so we went to Arapahoe Auto Nation across the street. After experiencing lousy customer service there we decided to stop at Kuni to see what their used inventory looked like. The temperature was in single digits that day, but as soon as we walked in the door Andy made us feel welcome. During the purchasing process we were surprised to find out that Andy didn't work on commission because he went out of his way as if he were on commission. We told him what we were looking for and he brought up a few different models on his computer. After comparing the three (price, mileage, options, etc) we decided to take a 2011 Honda Pilot for a drive. Due to the weather it had to be jumped so it would start. After the test drive we didn't need to look at any more. As they were running our credit, we informed Andy and Justin that our scores were bad but they never gave up hope. After a few hours they finally found a financial company willing to finance the vehicle. Bernard took over and gave us a great plan for the vehicle, and the payments were less than Andy and Justin had estimated. Overall, the entire experience was a great one. I'll definitely recommend the dealership and sales person we had. Thanks! More
As we are expecting our second child, my wife and I decided we need a larger car than the one we currently had. We searched online and came across a Honda Insight at Kuni that was priced fairly and ha decided we need a larger car than the one we currently had. We searched online and came across a Honda Insight at Kuni that was priced fairly and had low miles. As we live in Bailey, we were serious buyers, since we had no intention of driving all the way down there for no reason. Andy, the salesman, let us know up front that they had just gotten the car in that day and that even though it was available to purchase, we couldn't take delivery of it until the following week since it had to go through a dealer inspection first. We had absolutely no problem with that and we were willing to wait until everything was taken care of. Yesterday Andy called us to let us know the car was ready and that he would have one of his co-workers give us the keys since he wouldn't be there when we got there. All in all a very nice experience. More
Monty is an asset to the company. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He respected what my needs are for the car and recommended the car within my budget. He did not push for unnecess professional, polite and courteous. He respected what my needs are for the car and recommended the car within my budget. He did not push for unnecessary accessories like other sales agent would. He is very knowledgeable about Honda. He took the time to set up all the necessary Bluetooth devices and phone books in the car even after the sales was finalized. The environment is very kid friendly too. My son did not mind hanging out at the kids room for hours. They even had computers for kids to play with. The price was excellently as qell More

I chose to visit Kuni Honda on a recommendation from a co-worker. I stopped at the dealership close to closing time on a Friday evening. I spoke with Dan Trujillo first that even and explained to him m co-worker. I stopped at the dealership close to closing time on a Friday evening. I spoke with Dan Trujillo first that even and explained to him my situation with my current car and what I was looking for, but knowing I was potentially going to be credit challenged also let him know that if there was not going to be any way for them to help me that I didn't want to try. Dan reviewed all of my options with me and explained the Loan to Trade Value with trade-in vehicles and how they determine the value of a trade-in. We reviewed some of the inventory to see if they would have anything that fit what I was looking for and would be in my price range. After finding a few that fit he then spoke with Justin Crum in finance and had Justin come speak with me. I told Justin what I was looking and my situation and also told him that if it was not going to be a possibility for me to be able to get a vehicle there then I didn't want to waste their time or ding my credit score unnecessarily. After speaking with Justin I determined it was worth a try and Justin was able to let me know they were going to be able to help me, but I would have to come back the next day. I was going to be arriving early than expected to the dealership so tried to call and schedule an appointment with Dan to review the inventory and do a few test drives. I was told that Dan wasn't going to be in later, but I could still stop by. When I arrived Dan was there, but he was helping other customers. Justin introduced me to Brandon Gamel. Brandon was as nice and as helpful as Dan had been the night before. Brandon was very personable and made me feel at ease the moment we started talking. Brandon and I reviewed the inventor again and decided to try a few vehicles that fit my criteria. Unfortunately, I wanted to try a few that did not fit, and Brandon was very patient in reminding me that the few I was looking at were not going to work. I felt bad for him that he had to keep telling me "no." On our test drives Brandon was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering and was able to answer all my questions. Being a single female at a dealership by my self, I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me being a "dumb girl who doesn't know anything about cars." Everyone that I worked with helped make my buying experience pleasant and I would definitely recommend working with Dan and Brandon. More
I want to thank Roberta on Callow for her outstanding service on 12-7-13. I had an appointment for Saturday AM. When I explained my problem to her she was most helpful and agreed to give me a loaner car service on 12-7-13. I had an appointment for Saturday AM. When I explained my problem to her she was most helpful and agreed to give me a loaner car. She was most helpful to provide a loaner car while the problem was being diagnosed and fixed. The problem was completed earlier than anticipated and I was on the road again by close of business on Saturday evening. Roberta's personalized and compassionate service made an inconvenient situation much less stressful for me personally. I would highly recommend this dealership's service department to any of my fellow Honda owner's. More
It was great working with Matt McCrystal in my recent auto purchase. Matt is kind, informative and has all around great customer service skills. I would recommend Matt to friends and family. This is th auto purchase. Matt is kind, informative and has all around great customer service skills. I would recommend Matt to friends and family. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Kuni. Everyone at Kuni is as kind as can be. Being longtime Honda owners we have only had to use the service department for oil changes and scheduled maintenance but the employees in service are outstanding! There was a hiccup in the original finance paperwork but after working with the finance manager Kurt and training manager Rena (who is awesome) everything was fixed. I have been a Honda owner for most of my adult life and stepped up to an Acura this go around. The MDX is such a nice SUV. It has all the bells and whistles and handles great in the snow and ice. Matt found it for me before it even hit the sales floor. My husband has an 09 Accord and we will be returning to Kuni and Matt in the near future to get him a SUV. Nicole from Parker,CO More
I went to Kuni Honda after looking at prices online and talking to sales reps on the phone. Will (Robert Raymer) and Chris assisted me in my purchase and worked with me to achieve a reasonable sale. I li talking to sales reps on the phone. Will (Robert Raymer) and Chris assisted me in my purchase and worked with me to achieve a reasonable sale. I liked that the sales personnel are not paid on commission. There were no high pressure sales tactics used to get me to purchase the vehicle. They did not, however, give an inch on the price that I was originally quoted over the phone and email. I was making my decision near their closing time and their team stayed far past closing to get everything squared away. It would have been nice to get more value from my trade in and I don't think that the person in the back room was very fair about the trade in value. I was definately low balled and shown inaccurate/incomplete information. I should have come to the dealership with everything already printed out. It did not occur to me at the time that their print out would not have the added options that my trade in possessed. If I could undo/renegotiate this part of the transaction, I would. The finance department was extremely painful. This person pulled out all the stops and really pressured me to buy all the extra services and warranties. Even after I said 'no' he continued to push and push and push. It really pissed me off and I almost walked out. This guy was obviously an 'old school' sales person that really knows how to get people to buy something they don't really want or need. I was extremely disappointed in this part of the process. I do like the Honda Ridgeline and I am very pleased with it. More
