We have had pretty terrible experiences with car buying services in the past, especially used car dealerships. Kuni Honda is the exception. Throughout the process, our Salesman, Ken Rypstra was helpful wit services in the past, especially used car dealerships. Kuni Honda is the exception. Throughout the process, our Salesman, Ken Rypstra was helpful without being nuisance and very relaxed in his approach. During the financing segment of the buying process, we had to wait over an hour for the paperwork to be completed, but Ken was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable in his office while we waited. Of course, the price of the car and hassle free process overall only served to increase the enjoyment of purchasing a new car. We would definitely recommend Kuni Honda to a friend or family member looking for a new or used vehicle. More

From the time I walked through the door, I was comfortable and welcomed. Car buying is stressful enough without sales people hovering or feeling like you are being watched. I like the no-pressure feel at Kuni and the store front was really nice - practical but contemporary & comfy if you had to hang around for a while. My salesperson - Georgina was a great help to me as i considered a previously owned car. I wasn't sure what I wanted & wasn't in a hurry to buy - so I could have been considered a real pain! I have a 98 CRV & am very attached to that body type & didn't think I would like the newer CRVs. I had several small SUVs in mind & Georgina found me the best options that matched my wish list (Subarus, RAV4, Rogue, etc.). Kuni also had several CRVs in my price range, matching my wish list & low mileage - Georgina suggested that I take ride to see the differences & to address my concerns. No surprise - I am still a Honda Girl and came home with a 2011 CRV EX-L and am loving it - discovering new treats every time I drive it. The whole process was really easy for me - all credit going to Georgina & to Chris Baca - my finance manager. The pile of paperwork was daunting but Chris took the time to make sure I understood the previously owned restrictions, the manufacturer's warranty and the extended options available to me. All in all - from reception to drive off - my experience at Kuni Honda was a great one. I told her that I needed a car wash and she said no problem. However, it turned out that it was broken that day but she saw to it that I got it washed anyway - and they even did it by hand!
