I went into Kuni Honda to see a specific vehicle that they had advertised. The vehicle I wanted was no longer available, but the sales staff took the time to go through what inventory they had that was s they had advertised. I was at Kuni Honda to buy a certified Honda CRV. My experience with Kuni Honda was great from the time I enquired about the vehicle. Overall I had a very good experience at Kuni Honda and though it is a little far for my friends in Boulder, I will definitely recommend them because of the great price and very good customer satisfaction. I had a good experience at Kuni Honda. With one minor adjustment it could have been a great experience. I acknowledge up front that I should have been more patient, but it was Christmas and I was in a h adjustment it could have been a great experience. My only regret was that I rushed the safety check-out and took possession of the vehicle quickly. I then noticed on the way home the windshield had divots and spider cracks, which the Sales Manager said would likely be replaced during the vehicle safety check process. I called back to the sales rep, who acknowledged the conversation and mentioned he saw the cracks when delivering the vehicle to me. He said he would check with the sales manager and let me know. He called me back to say there was nothing they could do at this point. My advice is to be patient and hold out for what you want done and to be thorough. Other than that, it was a good experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our wait was long but that was due to volume of people coming in to purchase vehicles.
