I went in to Kuni to get a used Honda Odyssey - they had a great selection of odysseys from expired leases, all in good shape. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend the dealership - the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is below. We had already been to another dealer and found a similarly-equipped Odyssey for $24k - it had more miles than the model at Kuni, and so I was willing to pay more for lesser miles - but the $26.5k Kuni was asking wasn't worth it for slightly lesser mileage. I told Chris (floor manager) that I would walk out with the car if they could do $25k, and he left and came back saying that $26.5k was really the lowest he could go. I told him at that point that I really didn't want to pay $2.5k more, and that I was going across the street to get the one for $24k. He then left again and said he'd see what he could do, and came back with a $25.6k price - it still wasn't what I was looking for, but at this point I agreed with him it wasn't worth haggling for a few dollars a month difference in payment. This last experience (i.e. the expected car dealership haggling) left me wanting more - but everything else about my visit was great. More

He was too friendly and explained us all positive and negative points for buying a used and new car. The best thing that I liked about him was in the entire conversation he was never pushing to buy a car from them. Finally we came to the decision to buy a new Honda CR-V. I was very satisfied with Monty and Kuni honda customer service. I will surely recommend my friends to buy cars from Kuni. More

I like that you work with a variety of people through the process and that none of them work on commission. I never felt pressured to buy something, but we haggled more than I would have thought over small s process and that none of them work on commission. We came in looking for a low cost car for my son, who'd recently lost his that last storm (totalled).
