Ryan Smith (Service Consultant) was very pleasant and professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an i professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an inexpensive part that was not included in his price quote, when I asked if he would take care of this because he gave me his word on the price quote, he took care of it. I have always tried to maintain a personal relationship with my Kuni Honda Service Consultant because I know they care about my satisfaction. Over the years I have had to change Service Consultants several times due to them leaving Kuni Honda. With each new Service Consultant however I have had an excellent experience. They are your "face" to your custsomers --- both new and repeat business, and I hope that your service management team truly realizes they are your most valuable asset in building customer loyalty year after year. These are the individuals who keep us coming back --- eventually to purchase another vehicle from Kuni Honda. My most recent advisor was Ryan Smith. He too was excellent. I've been to Kuni twice now to have work done on my Honda Pilot and Honda Odyssey. They're always friendly, prompt, and thorough. They explain all work and costs up front, and explain all work performed befo Pilot and Honda Odyssey. They're always friendly, prompt, and thorough. They explain all work and costs up front, and explain all work performed before you leave. I like the waiting area -- it's separated into a couple sections. You don't have to listen to TV if you don't want to. They also have a free Internet connection. (A bit slow when I was there.) Free coffee and snacks while you wait. Very nice, clean restrooms. Much better than your typical waiting area. My cars continue to run well, and I'm sure I'll be back next time I need some maintenance on either of my vehicles. More
