I have always tried to maintain a personal relationship with my Kuni Honda Service Consultant because I know they care about my satisfaction. Over the years I have had to change Service Consultants several times due to them leaving Kuni Honda. With each new Service Consultant however I have had an excellent experience. They are your "face" to your custsomers --- both new and repeat business, and I hope that your service management team truly realizes they are your most valuable asset in building customer loyalty year after year. These are the individuals who keep us coming back --- eventually to purchase another vehicle from Kuni Honda. My most recent advisor was Ryan Smith. He too was excellent. I've been to Kuni twice now to have work done on my Honda Pilot and Honda Odyssey. They're always friendly, prompt, and thorough. You don't have to listen to TV if you don't want to. They also have a free Internet connection. (A bit slow when I was there.) Free coffee and snacks while you wait. Very nice, clean restrooms. Much better than your typical waiting area. My cars continue to run well, and I'm sure I'll be back next time I need some maintenance on either of my vehicles. More
