The car needed more maintenance than I thought it would (I didn't realize the code "B" meant something else), and I had planned enough time for only an oil change before a book group I wanted to get to. The service was just fine. It is disappointing to me that when you go online and make an appointment at 9 a.m. that you still have to wait 2 1/2 hours to have a technician even look at your problem and anoth when you go online and make an appointment at 9 a.m. that you still have to wait 2 1/2 hours to have a technician even look at your problem and another hour to fix a doorlock acctuator. My Honda had electrical problems and the independent mechanic was at his wit's end and therefore he recommened that I go to Kuni Honda and have Chris take a look at the car. Left the car at Kuni Honda for a day and Chris called me back the next day that he was able to fix the problem. The overall experience was very nice and always had the feeling that my car was in good hands. The only reason that I don't give all 5's was that the checkout process was quite slow and I had to wait about 40min to get my car back. More
