WHat an awesome custoer service I received today. I went for Honda Recall service and during the inspection they also found out that my Cabin air filter is dirty so they replace it. On Chris' part, I think for Honda Recall service and during the inspection they also found out that my Cabin air filter is dirty so they replace it. On Chris' part, I think he is the best employee there I ever met. But on pricing I think paying $6.12+tax for environment disposal fee wasn't the right charge, specially when things got changed under the warranty. I would expect taht money to be returned to me. I didnt ask Chris about this as I noticed this charge only after reaching my home. More

I appreciated Shawn Butchers (kuni honda) attention to my issues over the previous months. After my patience on some issues regarding my new vehicle started wearing thing (didn't buy at kuni) I realized that issues over the previous months. I knew things would get taken care of if we both just stuck with it. He addressed all the issues that I had been having with my Pilot and and even a couple that developed during that time. I have been coming to Kuni Honda for service since I had a poor experience with the service at Mile High Honda. I have found that Kuni Honda has very good service so even though I have moved to Aurora, I c a poor experience with the service at Mile High Honda. I have found that Kuni Honda has very good service so even though I have moved to Aurora, I continue to come to Kuni. What I find is that the people at Kuni are friendly, helpful, and caring. Chris, who is a new person at Kuni, was so helpful and caring. I have limited income and Chris worked with me so that I could have the service that I could afford and would make me safe. Next he showed me the next step to make sure that I have the appropiate service. Also Cliff,the driver, was very personable while he drove me to and from Kuni. Very nice atmosphere, complimentary water and snacks, TV, wi-fi (which I have used before), and Glenda was extremely friendly and helpful. She called me when she said she would to say the car was finished. wi-fi (which I have used before), and Glenda was extremely friendly and helpful. Cliff the shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous and came back to pick me up at my office in only a few minutes - 2-way shuttle drop off and pickup is very, very nice. I would recommend Kuni Honda to anyone without any reservations and will likely look to purchase my next vehicle there (although I think I'm a ways off from that). More

Mike was efficient, professional and personable---even when calling me with bad $ news re that visit. I know dealers have a reputation for being expensive for service on the vehicles. I find that Kuni Honda is very reasonable and with the excellent service they provide I don't feel the need to go anywhere service on the vehicles. Today, for example, when I dropped off/picked up my Odyssey they were speedy, courteous and very friendly. I don't ever feel as though they are looking at me like a dollar sign.
