After trying unsucessfully to get my FX35 fixed in Pennsylvania, Infiniti corporation suggested I take my car to Holman. Not only did they correctly diagnosed the problem they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in the best working condition before it was delivered to me. Last year I purchased a new car from this dealership and decided to give the infiniti service department in Ardmore another go. What a mistake. Three months later May 31st 2011 I took my car to Holman for a big service only to find out that Ardmore failed to fix the allignment of my car in spite of repeated visits and calls with the service manager after the allignment was done in March 2011. I am so happy with my car today. It drives beautifully, the steering is alligned, and for the first time in months I enjoy driving my car. I have a sense of confidence that my car will be maintained for optimal performance with Holman Infiniti. The location is not convenient. Jason did an excellent job working with these restrictions and made the service more accomodating to me. I am back to stay. Great Job. More
From the time I walked into the service department the staff was committed to helping me and getting the correct info. Everything was explained about why a specific service should be performed, the pri staff was committed to helping me and getting the correct info. I was even walked to my car at the time of pick up because it was not in front of the service door!!! More

Since becoming the owner of a Infiniti vehicle I have had only super excellent experiences at Holman Infiniti all of which I contribute to the outstanding customer service of real a professional and class A gentleman Lou Castro. Without a doubt Lou Castro makes Holman Infiniti look good, please extend my appreciation and thanks to him. More

Holman's service department is top-notch. I have leased two FX's from Holman's and always gotten great treatment. Now that I have purchased the second FX, I am finding that they still treat me as a valued customer. I usually work with Jason Schmitz. He has alway been a real professional: friendly, honest, dependable. He's also given me good advice on how to handle repairs--from autobody work to tires to general maintenance. I have had a Cadillac and a Lexus, and my experience with those dealerships sometimes could have been better. But Holman is consistent. From the receptionist at the front desk to the service people, everyone is polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More

Great attitude. - Loaner car was clean and drove nicely. - I was called to let me know my car was ready (ahead of time), but no rush in picking it up. That was up to when it fit into my day's schedule, I was told by Lou. - When I picked it up people were all so friendly, right down to the employee who offered to watch my dog until I could check out. Overall outstanding experience. There are a lot of very comfortable, high performing cars out there, so it then comes down to where the service is best. Holman Infiniti get a Bravo from me !!! More
Holman Infiniti is one of, if not the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2007 G35 coupe a few months ago at a dealership in New York City and was tired of their poor service and demeanor. I have ever dealt with. I've brought my car into Holman several times for seemingly trivial little things and they were taken care of under warranty, no questions asked, even things that I thought would not be covered such as condensation in my headlights and burnt out bulbs. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Lou Castro every time I've come in, he's always been completely understanding of my issues and always willing to work with me. Despite the fact that I may be moving to North Jersey soon, Holman is the only dealership I'll take my Infiniti to for service purely based on the fact that the people in their service department are so great, I've never left here unhappy. I didn't even purchase my car here, and now sort of wish I had. More

At the end of my visit I leave his office fully informed about how my vehicle's performance will be improved and I have found this to be true. I have worked with Lou for my infinti's service for over 7 years. He is an outstanding service advisor. I have had some issues with my first infiniti that I owned due to the previous owners treatment to the vehicle. He had executed and fixed every problem I had with the vehicle. I had kept the vehicle the longest i have ever held a car. Lou had worked at the old Holman at egg harbor holman infiniti. I lived in philly and had brought the vehicle there only because I wanted to specifically work with Lou. Not to say that the other Holman dealerships didn't do a good job with service or sales. He did such an execellent job that I had purchased a brand new infiniti last year specically because of the outstanding service i had recieved from Lou at Holman infiniti. I am a BMW fan but bought another infiniti specically because i wanted the continue to work with Lou and his service team and dealership. More
