The GM didn't seem worried or bothered my CRV had 27,000 miles and his service department says new back tires are needed. When I try to call and talk to him hes always in a meeting. I think he is screening my calls when he hears the name. The front and back have the same tread amount and the service department says new tires due to a loud roaring. Then the wind shield had a piece come off the Honda service department installed. I was told they had a top notch service department but I havn't been impressed yet with the service department. In the time my vehicle was in the shop and the items they needed to repair I do not feel they took adequate time to evaluate my vehicle. I would like someone to explain to me how 27,000 miles requires new tires when the vehicle was bought brand new. Did they check the u-joints, bearings? I am very disappointed in this service. No I wonder since the piece was missing on my wind shield and it rained if I will have mold build up inside the vehicle. More

This was the 3rd vehicle we have bought from here. The last two times were great, which is the only reason we didn’t walk out this time. We bought a preowned suv but with a price of $39k, I expected i The last two times were great, which is the only reason we didn’t walk out this time. We bought a preowned suv but with a price of $39k, I expected it to be safe to drive off of the lot. We immediately noticed the bald tires and figured we could just negotiate that at purchase. Nope. Manager said no. Would not replace the tires, would not come down on the price. We bought it anyway since it was what we were looking for. That vehicle should not have even been placed for sale because when I say bald, I am not exaggerating. The first thing did was replace the tires and the shop measured them at 1/32”. Minimum safety is 2/32”. For what we paid, I expect better. Especially from a new car dealership. To make the experience worse, it had a new windshield with a sloppy job on the urethane. I was told that it would be fixed and they would contact me to schedule after getting with the company that did the windshield. Not a word since. The salesman and finance guys were friendly. It was the manager that shot everything down. I would never send someone out of my lot with an unsafe vehicle but he was fine with it. It will definitely make me think twice before coming back for a fourth vehicle. More
