I wish i could give them zero! I purchased a 2012 Honda ridge line not even two years ago. despite the many repair and maintenance costs from the "certified used" vehicle comes a m I purchased a 2012 Honda ridge line not even two years ago. despite the many repair and maintenance costs from the "certified used" vehicle comes a manufacturing defect where twice now a part of my roof has literally broke off while driving on the high way and hit other vehicles. Honda has a policy where they only fix "safety issues" for some reason they do not think my car falling apart in the wind and physically damaging other vehicles is a safety issue. they begrudgingly fixed it the first time after countless back and forth with their terrible "service specialist" and terrible management staff who couldn't care less about their customers. now its happened a second time after either failing to fix or install it properly or just straight up refuse to acknowledge this is a manufacturing defect that is a safety issue to me and other drivers. even though they recently fixed the issue themselves they now refuse to warranty the part or cover a portion of the cost. they do not sell quality vehicles. they do not provide any level of customer service. they do not stand behind the work they do to their vehicles and they do not care if your car is safe for you or the drivers around you. I will never own a honda again, I will never trust honda middleburgh again, and i will forsure never trust their mechanics to fix something. i suggest you do the same More
