Pleasant experience buying a new car ! Jerry Mioduszewski was the reason why I went to Honda on Grand. I have asked for internet quotes of couple of other old/new vehicles from Jerry in the Jerry Mioduszewski was the reason why I went to Honda on Grand. I have asked for internet quotes of couple of other old/new vehicles from Jerry in the past. Till this date I found that his email responses to all of my questions were very precise with all the information that I wanted to get. Jerry sounded very honest in his communication with no room for any kind of confusion. On the day I went for the purchase Jerry reconfirmed the availability of the vehicle that I wanted. As Jerry had to leave early on that day Jerry assured me that he will update his colleague Ryan on our email discussion and Ryan will help me doing the purchase without any surprises. Ryan was very friendly during the entire purchase and adhered to whatever Jerry had promised over the email communication. There was no pressure at any point and overall it was a pleasant buying experience. In short the reasons due to which I made my purchase at Honda On Grand were Jerry's prompt email replies to my questions with to the point true information and a little bit of flexibility that genuinely showed that he wanted to earn my business. Before signing the paperwork the salesperson asked me for more money. Q: Who renegotiates an already-set-deal? A: Honda on Grand. The price of the car went up 2x from the time we made the original deal. I would suggest that if you need to buy a Honda, investigate other dealerships first. More

Good experience, nothing unexpected. I went to Honda on Grand, and everything went well. I agreed on the price over phone and email. When I came in, my salesman, Jerry, had the car read I went to Honda on Grand, and everything went well. I agreed on the price over phone and email. Upfront, NOT pushy, customer is first, good deal I have to be honest and disclose I really do not like dealerships and usually end up buying private party. We were well researched upon vising Honda on Grand and pretty much new what we wanted. Danny met with us the first day and we went on a few test drives. He was knowledgeable in the new/used Pilots. We purchased used. He was not pushy and answered whatever we needed to know. It had a few minor issues, they offered to repair for us at no additional charge. We wanted to think about it overnight, by this time manager Dan come along. There was NO pressure to "buy now" or anything like that. Did not try to oversell our budget. Went back the next day, Danny didn't have the best communication but Dan qot in touch with us quickly and set us up with Igor. We was extremely helpful, took time to focus on our questions and made the extra effort to figure out the remote start and even screw on our plates to get us out of there. I feel Honda on Grand did their best to make us happy with our purchase. I can't say I hate dealers anymore, because we had a great experience. For the mileage, condition of the vehicle and the wonderful service we experience... the price was fantastic. Left knowing we received a good deal. In 3-6 years, we will be back! More
