He gave us plenty of time to make the purchase decision without the pushy pressure like we had with others. After we had the keys he helped us transfer out belongings from out trade in. Great Experience! We are very satisfied with our car buying experience with Jerry Mioduszewski. He was very upfront with car pricing and gave us a competitive price. No bait-and-switch, no false promises, he was not pushy and did not try to force us into buying accessories or after-market add-ons that we did not want. We were at the dealership around noon but the first car we wanted to buy had just been sold. Unlike other dealers, he did not promise us that he can get the same exact car from another dealer. We went home and considered alternatives (i.e. different make or same make but different trim). He had already left for the day when we called him about a different Honda Pilot trim level. Even if his shift had ended, he still worked with us and provided us all the information we requested. Jerry even came back to the dealership to meet us and finalize the sale so we could take home the car that night. We will definitely refer him and this dealership to friends and family! More
