Was told that my oil change would include them going over the whole vehicle and when I brought the vehicle in my check engine light was on and I asked them to check that as well. They never told me there wou the whole vehicle and when I brought the vehicle in my check engine light was on and I asked them to check that as well. They never told me there would be a fee because I could go to Napa or O’Reilly or any auto parts store and they would’ve ran it for free so I was really irritated that was over $100 that I did not need to spend And I asked him to find out what was going on with my tire and they evidently just shut the tire light off because it came back on shortly after leaving there and they told me it was just low on air so I feel like you guys were overpriced and price gouging and I will never go back there More

Very helpful getting new tires. I was quoted a price for a recommended tire but I wanted a different one. When I asked the price difference I was told about $20 per tire and when I I was quoted a price for a recommended tire but I wanted a different one. Honda Service review Today I was gobsmacked when I arrived at Honda Stratham. I was greeted by Andrew and was overwhelmed by the customer service he provided. Greeted with a positive, proactive attitu arrived at Honda Stratham. I was greeted by Andrew and was overwhelmed by the customer service he provided. Greeted with a positive, proactive attitude was a breath of fresh air. I had a brand new 2025 Honda pilot with a screw in a Tyre that had 1500 miles. I called ahead and was told by someone else that they were really backed up and I would have to leave it. When I got there 45 minutes later, Andrew greeted me with a smile and took me immediately. The service associate that did the work was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. These are the times you tip and thank them. This team that handled my situation should be commended on how they handled it. Why so important to me? I drove from South Carolina and staying in Salisbury & come here when I need something. Basically woke up with a flat , changed my Tyre, shopped around & was told by a Tyre dealer that I needed a new Tyre that would cost me $300, which was a lie. By the time I got to Honda Stratham, I felt defeated and frustrated. Andrew took control, ownership and followed through to the end! I thought WOW! Thanks for your AAA+ customer service Honda and “professionalism”. I won’t go anywhere else. More
