Best. Service. Experience. Ever. Everything about my visit was easy and painless, from making the appointment, to picking my car up after the repairs. They even sent me email and text updates of the service. And The person helping me, Tina, was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. All in all a great experience. Timely and helpful service My service adviser , John Minor, unfortunately is no longer with Keyes. Justin was very helpful and referred me to America's Tire to have the nail in My service adviser , John Minor, unfortunately is no longer with Keyes. Justin was very helpful and referred me to America's Tire to have the nail in my two year old tire repaired for free. I was advised to have the front brakes done as soon as possible. I remember John mentioned it would be necessary at my next service. My car was ready in a timely manner for lube, oil change and tire rotation. Returned today for front brakes, but Justin was no linger there. I hope that I can work with one trustworthy service advisor. More

Miller now Keyes Honda-still seems to be well run operation I must say I was a little reticent when I saw that Keyes had bought out Miller Honda. However, when I went on line and saw that my original service re I must say I was a little reticent when I saw that Keyes had bought out Miller Honda. However, when I went on line and saw that my original service rep Allen Rostmo was still there, I was so happy!!! I am still driving my 2003 Honda Pilot that I bought from Miller Honda. Since I only put about 3,000 miles a year on it, I really want it kept in top condition with original Honda parts. I was able to take the car in and drop it off on Sunday which is a great addition to the service. Allen wasn't there but Jonelle took great care of me and promised Allen would follow up with me on Monday. Allen and the service department employees have always treated me as if I am the most important customer when I walk in and it keeps me coming back. More
