had a few issues I have been leasing a Honda for the last 8 years. Initially I was contacted via e-mail saying that my car was subject of a RECALL, at approximately t I have been leasing a Honda for the last 8 years. Initially I was contacted via e-mail saying that my car was subject of a RECALL, at approximately the same time the little wrench icon appeared to indicate service. I called and made an appointment to have both issues addressed. When I arrived I was told that "MY CAR WAS NOT UNDER THE RECALL" So we proceeded to set up the "service" upon which I was told that a "wheel alignment and balancing would be needed" and that there was a charge of $150.00. I said that in all the time I was coming to Miller (now Keyes) I had never incurred such a charge. There was no explanation "only maybe this or maybe that". So I paid the charge. I left the car and it was taken and returned in a reasonable time, however, when I got the car back and was on the way home I noted that the low tire pressure icon was appearing. I called the dealership back and they said it would be taken care of, however, THIS REQUIRED ANOTHER TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP. It is quite a distance and inconvenience. They indicated that they would "fill up my tank with gas". A little while later I was looking at my charge account and noticed that they had charged me TWICE. This prompted another phone call to the service manager who indicated that a mistake had been made and that one of the charges will be voided. I since have checked and this is true. TOO MANY ISSUES, MISTAKES, POSSIBLE MISREPRESENTATION!! More

Tina Bell Tina bell was my favorite customer service at miller honda/ keyes honda at sepulveda and van nuys. She explain everything what theyre going to do with my car although i go there for oil change all the time. She give me an exact time my caf to be finish and they wash my car after that. The waiting room is very clean and theres free breakfast as well. Love the coffee machine so as the people who works there. I gave 5+ star ita because tina bell was very good on communication and she suggests more ans she goes beyond my expectations everytime i go the Keyes honda in sepulveda. More

Bad experience My wife took our Honda 2013 to the service center after I made an appointment for an oil change. The car has done only38837 miles. Yet they convinced My wife took our Honda 2013 to the service center after I made an appointment for an oil change. The car has done only38837 miles. Yet they convinced my wife to agree to a tire rotation and wheel alignment for which they charged $160. In the subsequent report they prepared, the diagram shows they only adjusted the camber from 0.10 to 0.8. No other changes were made. In addition, they recommended a bunch of other changes for an additional $800. We went to another center and they reviewed the recommendations. They accepted 4 of the 6 recommendations and did the work (parts and labor) for $290, whereas the Honda center gave an estimate for the same work of $558.88. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is that we had serviced our car previously with them -- in fact, purchased it from Miller Honda. More
