I’ve been to this dealership before and was not happy with the service department. After much debate I decided to give them another chance at their new location. I only service my car at this dealership because Jeremiah always provides top of the line service. I have a dealership 2 miles away from me, but will not go there because of a bad service experience. Even at Honda Van Nuys, I am hesitant to get my car serviced if Jeremiah is not in. Case in point, the last time I was in he had called in sick, and the service was horrible. Not sure how Honda Service Dept. stays in business when they either just treat a customer like a number and sometimes with bad attitudes (with the exception of Jeremiah). More
