He said I need to change break fluid and I put it off until I had more money. The one thing I don’t like about having work done is pressure to have more things done. Joe didn’t pressure me about it. Because they are short handed he went out and ran my car through the free wash at Honda West. I will ask for him next time I go to have work done. More
I put money down on a Honda Odyssey a couple of months ago. I got a call that the Honda was in, but I was out of town. Randy assured me that they'd hold it for me, and when I went in the next week, we purchased the minivan. It took a couple of hours, but was quite seamless. Randy was helpful and courteous. So was the finance specialist. And, I'm so happy to have a beautiful new minivan. My only complaint is that they added on the spill package, which I did not want, but which was mandatory. I supposed this is the dealership's way of marking up the vehicle during this weird vehicle shortage. More
This review is for the service center at Honda West. It's a three strikes you're out rule. In those three strikes I have been straight up lied to about services that weren't even true. In the s It's a three strikes you're out rule. In those three strikes I have been straight up lied to about services that weren't even true. In the service report they stated the following: 1) rear brakes (true) 2) brake fluid leaking (false) 3) new starter (false) 4) replace rack and pinion (false) 5) Power steering Pump replacement (True) 6) Power steer pump leaking (false) Total - 5,000 dollars. While my steering wheel and brakes needed to be serviced there was nothing else on there was true. I became highly suspicious when your technician claimed I needed my rack and pinions changed. Well I'm not an expert but I know pinions don't normally go bad on you especially with only 100,000 miles and with how well I maintain my car. Second they claimed I had leaks. My driveway/garage does not show any signs of leaks on the concrete and when I went home and turned on my car there was nothing dripping. Again I was suspicious for more reasons. So I decided to get a second opinion. Much to my not so much surprise, the new technician diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with pinions, the starter and couldn't locate any leaks. They said yes to the brakes and my power steering. A 3,800 difference in repairs. However Honda made up that money when they charged me $179 so you could tell me some lies. That should be refunded to me immediately just for the mental stress you put on me for that day trying to figure out how I was coming up with $5,000 that I'm sure you were going to finance me on. Maybe y'all heard me talking about how I need a new car and wanted to buy mine as cosmetically in the engine it's well maintained and why not get me on a new payment plan? I don't necessarily blame you sir you were doing what you were told but shame on Honda and your technicians. I have zero reason to trust Honda and my next car will most likely be a Toyota. Good day.
