It is a privilege to be able to offer a review of Rodney Thomas at Louisville Honda World Sales, although to be honest, he didn’t “sell” me anything—he listened. I had had a bad experience at another car dealership and was not expecting to be heard, but Rodney listened to my needs and matched them up with what he had to offer. That level of service alone was enough, in my mind, to secure a sale regardless of the terms, but Rodney went further. When it came time to secure financing for the vehicle, which was my greatest concern, Rodney worked to find the best offer and was able to find a loan that was almost half the APR that the other car dealership had offered. I cannot say enough about the service, savings, and satisfaction that I experienced from Rodney and Louisville Honda World, and I will choose them first when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. I recommend that you do the same. More
