Had a recall on a part. Scheduled it and showed up for the appointment on Friday. Hours later, they called me to the desk and Kim said that it was replaced but that another Scheduled it and showed up for the appointment on Friday. Hours later, they called me to the desk and Kim said that it was replaced but that another part was broken and they ordered it but it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. They gave me a really nice loaner for the weekend. Monday came and finally around noon I reached out to them to see if it was ready since I had not heard anything and it was, so I made the 45 minute drive to go get my car back. I got there and it was ready! Kim even offered to put it through the car wash, (I live on a gravel/dirt road so it was filthy). She was super nice. More
