My initial experience of the service from this dealership was disappointing. I felt that more work than was necessary was done to my car and I was not vigilant enough to catch it before the work was done. was disappointing. What really impressed me about this dealership was their actions after they found out that I was not pleased with my service. The dealership could have just walked away and said that I should have spoken up when the work was done and they would have been correct is saying so. Instead they really listened to my concerns and took actions to make it right. There are always going to be mistakes and miscommunications, sticking with the customer (me) and working together toward a resolution makes a big difference. I first spoke with John 3 yrs ago and purchased a new CRV. He was then and remains a very personable,experienced, diplomatic, knowledgeable, no pressure person with a great sense of humor!He always retur CRV. Carlos went above and beyond meeting all of my expectations in purchasing the new 2012 Honda Civic EX. Tony was terrific. He provided all of the information we needed without "stalking" or being pushy. We came in to scout vehicles. When we were ready, we asked for him and he readily provided all of the information that we needed. He also encouraged us to look online for internet specials for the cars in which we were interested. Finally, when we were ready, he allowed us to take the car for a test drive. All in all, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. More

It was absolutely wonderful working with this dealership and Angelo Gutierrez in particular. Gutierrez and the financing staff there went above and beyond to get me the best possible financing package and e and Angelo Gutierrez in particular. I had a great experience at Danbury Honda. The sales man Carlos was very friendly and took the time to sit with me and my family and go over all options available to me. Our experience with Honda of Danbury was great. We went into the dealership just to look and never felt pressured. John Francisco was a great salesman. He listened to our needs and heard my desire for a Pilot. Since the new vehicle would be my wife's, John suggested she drive the bigger Pilot before deciding if we wanted a CR-V. He told us before she drove it, "It is going to be too big for her but you should try it anyway." He was right and never tried to get us into a bigger, more expensive Pilot. Nice, down to earth, friendly and attentive salesman. Jim worked with us on financing and he was a pleasure as well. He explained our options and never pressured us into add-ons. His explanations were thorough and he encouraged us to choose what worked for us and we ultimately decided only to add the Honda Care plan. With so many advanced electronics, it just made sense. He also gave us time to investigate the impact of refinancing our mortgage on our credit score. All in all the experience was great. A special thanks to everyone for putting up with our 21 month old, hyperactive son. John repeatedly checked in with him and gave him a toy car to play with. Jim gave us space to address his need to shut his office door. The rest of the sales and finance team gave smiles, encouragement and laughs as our son pretended the showroom was his playground screaming and running around. We were embarrassed enough at his unusual behavior and they never made us feel horrible. We should also explain the reason for the antics was the present he had for us in his diaper. We didn't realize until we got in our car to drive away. Sorry for the smell but thanks for a painless and refreshing car buying experience. More
