My experience with Honda of Fishers was excellent. I recently purchased a new CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring from them, and they offered the most competitive pricing along with transparent, efficient, and I recently purchased a new CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring from them, and they offered the most competitive pricing along with transparent, efficient, and friendly service from start to finish. Before visiting Honda of Fishers, I had contacted another Honda dealership. Although they presented a decent offer, it didn’t fully meet my expectations, and we ultimately couldn’t reach an agreement. At Honda of Fishers, Danielle Roberts assisted me and promptly secured a noticeably better deal that aligned with my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and mentioned that many of her family members have been long-time Honda owners, which gave me even greater confidence in the brand. Mr. Victor G. handled the financing process with great professionalism and expertise. He previously spent more than eight years in sales at another Honda dealership and recently advanced his career into a finance role at Honda of Fishers. His experience was evident—he was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about his work. The entire process was transparent, with absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional maintenance or service packages I didn’t want. After communicating for a few days with the salesman about the vehicle and being told it’s “ready” and being called and asked when I can come and look at it multiple times over the last 3 days. I made the trip to Fishers from about an hour and a half away. Upon arrival I found the Expedition and started to give it a look over. Before long a salesman came to start the process. I asked if he could get the keys so we could fire it up and give the engine a listen and look over. Upon firing the engine up it was immediately clear by the very audible clatter sound that is indicative of cam phaser problems in the 3.5 Ecoboost engine. Within 30 seconds I could smell burning oil and quickly there after there was visible oil smoke coming from the passenger side of the engine. As I started to diagnose the problem myself. The salesman finally admitted that this vehicle needs about 20 hours of repair work done on it and that they were “going to do it”. Interesting, considering you didn’t mention it in the multiple phone calls and text messages trying to get me to come and see it. He then proceeded to call the “mechanic” and have him explain to me what it needed ( new drivers side turbo, vacuum pump, lines etc). After getting off the phone I decided after the long drive I might as well take it out for a spin and see what else might just be wrong with it. Before I started the test drive the salesman has the nerve to ask me that if I liked the car would I be willing to put a down payment on it so that when they got it fixed I could come back and buy it. Are you kidding me?? What kind of question is that? You have a customer who just drove an hour and a half to look at a car that needs a MAJOR repair and you wanna know if they are going to put a deposit down? Needless to say that wasn’t about to happen. As I started the drive the car did seem to ride fine and the interior was in nice shape. As I got out onto State Road 37 I got the vehicle up to speed and what do you know the check engine light comes on. After about a 10 minute drive I get back to the dealership. I put my code reader on and there are multiple catalyst system codes and when reading the report the Check engine light had just recently been cleared, so obviously the dealership knew and hoped the unlucky person looking at this vehicle wouldn’t notice. This was more than enough to know there was no way I was buying this vehicle even if they did “fix it”. I will attach screenshots of the texts from the salesman as well as screenshots of the codes and recently deleted check engine light. Please STAY AWAY from this dealership, they clearly prefer to hide issues and hope to sell their problems before the customer notices! More

I 100% feel we were lied to! We called about an Accord said that the most important thing was that the car was a NONSMOKER! and that the car was a certified pre owned, as it turn We called about an Accord said that the most important thing was that the car was a NONSMOKER! and that the car was a certified pre owned, as it turns out the car was smoked in and we called right away no help! we have spent over $1800 at 2 different detail shops trying to get rid of smell! we didn't smell anything when we got to dealership because salesman had all windows down because it was a very nice cool morning we got suckered! and we have yet to see any paperwork stating certified preowned, we have had nothing but problems with getting our tag! before we made the 11 hour round trip from Nashville we sent over all our paperwork for buying the Accord including saying many times to salesperson and finance manager that we live in Montgomery county and we are transferring a tag in which I provided a copy of the tag and the registration, but no the dealership registered the car in the wrong county and made us pay for a plate plus taxes that we wouldn't have paid if they would have done the tag transfer! I would not recommend this dealership! we have put in several calls to management no return calls very sad! we are gonna get rid of this xxxx car asap! More

LEGAL TROUBLE ! !!! **BRIANNA BROWN CALLS CUSTOMER LIARS!!** FISHERS HONDA REFUSES TO DO BUSINESS WHILE CUSTOMERS CARS UNDER 8 yr WARRANTY !!!??? Purchased a new vehicle in 2021 from a different Honda dealership with the Fullll WARRANTY for everything offered !! *** I called fishers Honda to inquire info about my warranty bc I was being mislead by other dealers via phone . I call to make an appointment for my vehicle. Spoke with Brianna Brown the manager of warranty. she explained in detail she had worked at the dealership where I bought my vehicle and was familiar with the management and operation side of that dealer. I call back the next day 10/31 to follow up with Brianna Brown...my digital gauge cluster and screen are all blacked out aka power offoff , So I can not drive my vechile ? . *****Brianna Brown manager of warranty says she’ll help and call me back to possibly find a loaner car. Okay great(right). Brianna calls me back tells me that “Honda Fishers IS NOT going to do business with you.. youve had too many tires replaced and says and I quote ***“YOU ARE A LIAR..we will not be doing any new or future business with you” **** Brianna Brown includes to say via phone ***“my GM just spoke to the general manager at the dealership where you purchased your vehicle and they will also no longer be doing any business with you...both companies are family owned so you can find someplace else to take your car” *** xxx !!?? She also said, and I quote “I had to listen to your little life story for 40 min yesterday about the car on the phone and I don’t care” wooooww 1. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED I told her over the phone if she’d like to check the cars history for the three claims it’s be easier and she’s more than welcome. I gave her my VIN # so there’s nothing to lie or hide Lmao I’m three years into an eight year warranty Emailed to me! Last time I checked, I was asking for help. I was asking to do new business. I was honest about the cars history and gave all the information needed so she could look into it as well … who the xxxx calls someone back and to tell them that they are a liar !! She says it three times in the conversation! and ! that they won’t be doing any business with them !!!! I’m still under warranty for another 5+ years or whatever ..I speak to the general manager, he swears on his kids lives He has NOT spoken with anyone at that store.. did not say that nor had that conversation.. he was absolutely clueless. **So isn’t that funny how Brianna Brown a manager no less ?! calls customers liars and more on recorded lines ! she seems to have projected and lost her cool all for what reason seriously!? All I kept hearing was what I didn’t say yeah that’s why I gave you my VIN and told you to look into all the claims yourself. I’m not gonna tell you every detail on the phone for 16 hours when we spent 40 minutes on the phone you would’ve figured that this person would’ve been smart enough to have called back and said I can see what you started to more details about that Not you left something out not doing any business and then speak for a whole Nother company as well as general managers that no clue what the xxxx she’s talking about this person deserves to be fired! I went to the dealership yesterday and fully researched all aspects of the deal. I was listened to, no xx, and the deal was done in 54 minutes. Susie Duffy was a positive, no-nonsense person, appreciated my need to be quick, and got the deal I wanted. Her dress is a little unorthodox but it was why I trusted her. When I looked around the dealership, I saw other reps and it was the typical "car dealership" look that made me dread the process. I will buy from her again and refer to anyone I can. I have had 18 leases over the years and this was by far the best experience! More
