He was a nice guy. The one thing I hated is he never came up to me about the car. He just sent the text with the recommendations. My daughter was on my phone so I had n The one thing I hated is he never came up to me about the car. He just sent the text with the recommendations. My daughter was on my phone so I had no clue that my car was waiting on that message since no one came to me asking if I wanted to do the recommended services or just stick to what I originally needed. I also texted him asking about the 10% but no response. When the car was done he did mention he added the 10%. Not sure if he's new but I don't think I ever had someone not answer the texts and typically they come up to me to confirm that I only want the service or if there's anything else that I wanted to add onto it after the multi point inspection. More
