My Review of Honda of Grand Forks:
I had service work done on my 2006 Civic. No price was given for removing mice from heater/airconditioner area. When I recieved the repair invoice mouse removal job was said to be under warranty. Clerk called service manager who changed the invoice done by the service advisor to a charge. I also complained about a tire that was being destroyed by misalignment done at the factory. So stated by repair advisor.
It took many months before I got them to budge. The only thing that seemed to work was better business organization. (which I found out they are not a member) This is the same outfit that tried to sell me a valve alignment for big bucks on my new 2003 Accord. I wonder how many customers fell for that deal. This dealer belongs in New York City!
