I also want to extend my appreciation to Sarah Hayes, the manager, whose leadership clearly reflects in the quality of service the team provides. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. It’s rare to find a dealership where both the salesperson and the manager are equally invested in delivering top-tier service, but this team truly stands out. I highly recommend asking for Eugene and Sarah. They’re the gold standard of what car buying should feel like. Amit was also helpful. I went in for a manufacturer recall on the Fuel pump, Honda of Greenbelt serviced the issue. I had some other routine maintenance performed. Jonathan, the service advisor did an excellent job making sure Honda of Greenbelt serviced the issue. I had some other routine maintenance performed. Jonathan, the service advisor did an excellent job making sure I understood the recommended maintenance service and estimate on the work, and what I wanted done at that time, no pressure. He even shared a program they have to pay in installments if needed. Overall, the service was excellent and a comfortable experience in the customer waiting area.
