My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

My recent experience with Honda of Joliet was outstanding. From my first request for an online quote on a 2013 Accord Sport to finding an extended warranty plan that made sense for my needs, Honda's employee staff was tremendous every step of the way. The internet price I was quoted was spot on. The professionalism, speed, and accuracy of the Honda of Joliet staff was top notch. This is my second Honda Accord and considering how much I enjoy driving a Honda in combination with the outstanding experience I have had making this Accord purchase at Honda of Joliet, I do not think I will ever drive anything but a Honda for rest of my life. Thanks again Honda of Joliet! I have had nothing but the best experience and everyone I know is going to know about it!!!

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

I had an amazing experience buying from Honda of Joliet. It began with Jacqulin Rall responding to my online request for a quote on an Odyssey. She immediately provided pricing rather than being vague and trying to get you into the dealer like many other dealers did. As we went back and forth over the week, she promptly responded to all of my emails and answered my questions directly. We were able to establish an out the door price before I ever walked into the dealership.

Jacqulin was out on Saturday, so I spoke with Joe Cihlar over the phone. He was very professional and kind, gathering the details of my discussions with Jacqulin and arranging a meeting for me to close the sale.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Mike Reznik, who took care of me the rest of the day. Mike was very professional and friendly. He was open and honest about every aspect of the deal. He did not waste my time with a low ball offer on my trade in. He offered what he could and I accepted as it was very fair. The whole experience was very positive, which is very unusual for a car dealer. There was never any pressure to buy this or that throughout the entire process. I told Mike that I will be returning to work with him the next time we need a new vehicle. I cannot recommend Honda of Joliet enough.

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

I came in to purchase my first car on my own and first met with Josh. I gave Josh a specific year range, mileage and price and it hit a home run on every department. The entire time Josh was asking me what kind of car I was looking for, color, style, etc, and was always keeping my price range in reach. After we found the car that I wanted to started our negotiations. The suggested retail price on Kelly Blue Book was 12,650 and with my trade in, It came down to 11,500! Right where I wanted to be. The best part was, while doing all of this Josh was never pushy, never used dirty sales tactics and just simply asked me what was going to keep me from shopping. I would definitely, DEFINTITELY, refer business to Josh and I recommend anyone who is in the market for buying a car to go and see him.

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

I went to Honda of Joliet on a Saturday afternoon after independently completing 1.5 months of research on the Honda Civic models. Prior to going to the dealership, I worked with the Internet Sales department and received thorough feedback and pricing from Krystal Smith (whom I also highly recommend). This was going to be my first new car purchase/finance as well as the biggest purchase I had ever made. I was beyond nervous and mentally prepared for a negotiation battle. As soon as Levi greeted us with the price quote I had already discussed with Krystal in hand, my worries began to dissipate.

Never would I have imagined my "car salesman" was going to be someone that I perceived as genuine, down to earth, and honest. Immediately, I felt comfortable and at ease and felt that Levi was letting me guide my own purchase rather than trying to persuade me in any way. The entire time I felt that Levi was providing me with genuine and honest answers to my questions. I never felt rushed despite the fact that the dealership was "closed" halfway through the deal. The best part was that there were no surprises in terms of fees and I already knew exactly what to expect for my final pricing and payments. To top it off, I had received a quote from a nearby dealer that was better than the Honda of Joliet quote and Levi was able to beat that quote without hassle.

Levi was professional yet genuine, knowledgable yet able to explain things so that I could easily understand them, patient and extremely personable. I recommend Levi to everyone and anyone. I feel that I was very lucky to have Levi as my salesman and urge anyone interested in buying a car to seek him out and avoid yourself a whole lot of headache.

Thank you Levi and Honda of Joliet for making my first car purchase experience a great one!

This dealership is always great for me from sales to service. But nobody or nothing can match Roger's friendliness, enthusiasm and knowledge about his job. Kudos to honda of joliet for having a service Master like him, really makes my day just to do this review or rating.

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

I called Roger and told him about the noise my car was making and he got me right in. My problem was diagnosed promptly and I was given a fair price for the repair. My overall experience was GREAT! Roger explained what needed to be done to my satisfaction. My Honda Accord is 17 years old and I know I can always count on Roger if I have a problem.

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

It seems rare to find a business where every employee is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but we have found that with Honda of Joliet. I have two little ones and very much appreciate the clean playroom with TVs, toys and books. Fernando was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He kept me updated with what was going on with my van. The work on the van was finished before the time he quoted!

My Review Of Honda of Joliet:

Josh went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations of a car salesman!! This was my first car buying experience and I was very impressed with how personable and honest josh was. He spent the whole day answering all of my questions and never pressured or hassled me about buying a car. I test drove the Civic and the CRV. At the end of the day I left with exactly what I wanted! I couldn't be happier!! Thanks again Josh!!!

Dealership understood the fact I had only put 4000 miles on vehicle and fixed the back brakes 1/2 price. Roger went above and beyond.
