I bought a 2007 Acura and after leaving the dealership some check engine lights came on. I took the car back and expected to be told that it was my problem and that I bought it as is.(I did, it had NO WARRANTY) To my surprise thats not what I was told. They assured me to fix the car or refund my money in full. WOW!! They stood behind the car they sold me. I decided to have them fix the car and they did. They took the proper steps to fix the car right and warranty the work that was done. It was not a cheap fix either and they never once asked me to cover any cost. This was not ideal but I understand that in the real world things happen. Its really easy to look good when everything goes well. Its how you do business when things go wrong that make you!! Im not a big fish. Shoot I probably bought one of the cheapest cars on the lot but they took care of me!! I had a brand new loaner car until my car was fixed. In the end I got the quality car I bought and I am an EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I will buy more cars from them because I know they stand behind what they sell.!!! Quality cars and quality customer service is important to them!!!Thanks Mark!!!!!

I went to Honda of Joliet. I met Josh Tornabeni. He was friendly, courteous & a extremely helpful salesman. He got me a great deal without any back and forth haggling!
