We weren’t sure we were ready to buy immediately, but we were getting close to doing so. Mark listened to our needs and pulled one up for us to test drive, and we were truly Impressed. There were a couple CPO units we found appealing, and after we got home and did our due diligence decided we should proceed with the purchase. I called to set an appointment the next day. When we got to the dealership, the car we wanted magically appeared ready for a 2nd test drive (it had Honda Sensing, the first car didn’t). Mark explained how it worked and what to expect, and we feel really good about our choice. Then we had some crazy issues getting our financing pulled together, too convoluted to get into, but Scott was nothing but patient and helpful until we were finally successful. We are RVers, so need to tie the car down on a trailer for travel, and the other Scott showed us how they do that. EVERYONE was helpful, NO ONE got impatient, we had a TOTALLY POSITIVE experience. We came back three different times and each time, he was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. We were close to buying the van but still had some hesitations about how we would make it work with our car seats so he suggested we take it home for the afternoon just to make sure our car seats would fit safely and for my husband to try it out with the seats. We have six children in car seats so it was imperative that they work out as each spot is full! I took it home, my husband examined the car sear situation and then ended up purchasing it later that night...all because he went the extra mile. The van is very well taken care of and they did a good job of cleaning it up. I mentioned to Russ how the headlights looked very hazing after we had just bought the car. He told me to bring it back in a few weeks and they would clean it all up for me...for free! I brought it back a few weeks later and they cleaned them all up and they look great! We were in search of a Honda Odyssey Certified pre-owned mini-van so we left a message on the Honda of Lincoln, NE website late at night with that inq We were in search of a Honda Odyssey Certified pre-owned mini-van so we left a message on the Honda of Lincoln, NE website late at night with that inquiry. The next morning we received a nice email from their salesman, Mark Borchardt with information on what they had. From that point on Mark took care of us, answering our many questions with quick responses on-line and then eventually in person at the Honda dealership. Mark took the time to understand us and the specific features we wanted in a mini-van. If he didn’t know the answers to our questions, he immediately searched to find them. He even went above and beyond to come to the dealership on his day off when we wanted to test drive the van again the next day. We purchased the van knowing we couldn’t pick it up for several days but Mark knew we were going on a long trip in 2 days so because of Mark’s efforts on our behalf, we were able to drive it home that same day and before we left, he walked us through and set all the features that made our drive so pleasant. Zach Alexander who worked with us on our trade-in vehicle and Chad Erwin in the business office were great to work with as well. We never felt pressured into purchasing any options we didn’t want. Both of these men were very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Our experience in shopping for and purchasing this van was absolutely wonderful!
