My Car Buying Experience with Brenda Jayne at Wilde Honda I am new to Florida. I had sold my beloved Honda CRV before I relocated here . So I wanted another reliable, look good car. I looked online and call I am new to Florida. I had sold my beloved Honda CRV before I relocated here . So I wanted another reliable, look good car. I looked online and called a number of dealerships in the area.. they all seemed pushy, aggressive…I could not deal with that. I have had Hondas for years and knew their certified stamp really meant a dependable car in good operating condition and not much that goes wrong mechanically. So I went to the Honda Dealerships online…same thing: pushy. But then, I was online and looked at Hondas on the Wilde Honda website. I was impressed! I emailed to Wilde some cars I liked. Next day or two, I got a kind and unaggressive call from Brenda Jayne, Sales Consultant from Wilde Honda in Sarasota. She was kind and patient with me..I liked her right away….easy to talk with, warm, friendly, positive and fun. We both agreed we like color in our cars not black and white. She made some times for me to come in to the dealership. I was leery about coming in even as nice as she was. I get into dealerships and I get swayed and too influenced by sales folk. She kept the dealing low-key. She sent me the stats on Hondas and I learned the about the differences of the CRV’s and the HRV and what features each had. That was very helpful. One of the cars I like originally was a Deep Blue HRV…she talked to me a little about the features. She offered times to come into dealership to test drive the car I liked, that it was still available. However, with my classes and the corona virus ...I did not make it in ...I was impressed that she let me go at my own pace with this purchase.. When she offered to drive the car to my home for me to test drive, well by that time she had made a sale: I was really impressed and pleased re: her offer. I did want the car but wanted to see it and drive it before making the final decision. When she drove the car up to my door I was impressed again. It was superbly clean in the exterior and interior. I drove it. It was very easy and comfortable to drive like all the Honda’s I have owned. I decided to buy the car and we made a time for me to come in to fill out the paper work. She offered to have me picked up where I dropped off the rental car I had been driving and I was taken directly to the Dealership right after I dropped the car off. . This was truly the easiest, most comfortable and enjoyable car purchase in which I have been involved. Thank you, Brenda, Thank you Wilde Honda of Sarasota….I know where I am going to buy my next car!! For Sure!! You have A Very Very vVery Satisfied, Overjoyed customer!! And now a Happy Car Owner!! The BEST Sales Consultant! I was shopping for a used Rav4 and came across one at this dealership that I was interested in. I emailed an inquiry on Sunday (Easter) not expecting I was shopping for a used Rav4 and came across one at this dealership that I was interested in. I emailed an inquiry on Sunday (Easter) not expecting to hear from anyone until later in week. To my surprise Brenda emailed me back. I had quite a few questions about the car and she was able to answer them. She was very helpful and not "pushy." After a few emails back and forth and a video call we agreed on a price by late Monday. She was very professional but at the same time "genuine" and easy to talk with. She emailed me a complete list of the fees, etc. (no surprises). She offered to bring me the car (I am in Tampa 72 miles one way) and complete the paperwork. I opted to go to the dealership and she even changed her shift to meet with me on Wednesday. When I arrived, the car was ready to go; detailed and gassed-up. The paperwork (Finance) went smoothly and fast! Brenda was a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

We were able to do all the negotiations via text and call. She was very pleasant, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Once we arrived we just had to test drive the car and then into Finance. Once we got into Finance, we worked with Raphael Carlisi. Raphael was a breeze to work with as well. He went over our options and had the paperwork ready for us to sign. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thank you all for making this process quite enjoyable in such a trying time. More

Salesman says "we got a deal" and to come in at 11:30 am to sign papers. Arrived at 11:30 with check. Salesman comes out and says, "we have a hiccup. My manager didn't know about our deal and fielded a phone call from a guy in Orlando who is driving down to Check out the car. You'll have to wait." Sorry, buddy, but that is BS and you breached a contract and tried to play me to up the price to what you listed. Slimeballs. More
