We were able to do all the negotiations via text and call. She was very pleasant, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Once we arrived we just had to test drive the car and then into Finance. Once we got into Finance, we worked with Raphael Carlisi. Raphael was a breeze to work with as well. He went over our options and had the paperwork ready for us to sign. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thank you all for making this process quite enjoyable in such a trying time. More

Sleazy Tactics Negotiated deal with salesman around 9:00am for $500 below their list price. Salesman says "we got a deal" and to come in at 11:30 am to sign papers. Arrived at 11:30 with check. Salesman comes out and says, "we have a hiccup. My manager didn't know about our deal and fielded a phone call from a guy in Orlando who is driving down to Check out the car. You'll have to wait." Sorry, buddy, but that is BS and you breached a contract and tried to play me to up the price to what you listed. Slimeballs. More

From the Sales with Rob Gargano to the Finance with Joe Doyle, it was a smooth, more-than-fair, experience, dealing with the best people ever. Driving home in my new car, I was thinking how calm I felt, never rushed, never pushed, just a happy lady--with payments I could afford, and owning a very safe and comfortable car ! Joe Doyle, Financing, took over the money-part after Rob Gargano, Sales, lead the way with my fantastic car choice........together --the smoothest car-buy ever. My family owned a huge car dealer-and-repair business in Summit, NJ, since the late 1800's---------so I'm very familiar with how a good, honest, fair Car Dealer operates. Agreed on a price on a 2.5 year old Honda certified car that they claim was serviced at this dealer. Got a call before I went to close the deal saying the cars undercarriage was completely rusted and could that they claim was serviced at this dealer. Got a call before I went to close the deal saying the cars undercarriage was completely rusted and could not sell it in the condition it was in. How can you accept a trade in in that condition and certify it if it was bad enough to have to whole sale it. I asked for a picture of the undercarriage and he said he couldn’t do that. Instead he tried to sell me something that was of course more expensive. I’ll never do business with them, can’t trust them. Not only did they miss the undercarriage, they certified it without checking it. How can you claim the car is Honda certified without even looking at it. It sounds like they sold it to someone else for more than what we agreed on and came up with a BS excuse to why they couldn’t sell me the car. More
