Lack of Service I took my car in today for a simple oil change and a battery check. I went in around 10am and did not leave until 430pm. They replaced the battery without notice at a much higher price than somewhere else nearby. After asking about my car 6 hours later, I was told it was ready. Half an hour later, I had to ask for my vehicle again. Turns out, the keys were at the front desk all along. Extremely bad service, yet no apologies about it. More

Disgusting & Unprofessional 2 days After walking away from a deal because the sales manager Jude Wein didn't want to budge on giving me 500 more for my trade which I knew was und 2 days After walking away from a deal because the sales manager Jude Wein didn't want to budge on giving me 500 more for my trade which I knew was under valued we got a text from our salesman Paul Lozano who really was a pleasure to deal with. Paul said the original sales manager we first dealt with at beginning of the week, Rupert Garcia, had returned to work and found out what happened and wanted to "make it right" with us. Rupert said he would give us the 500 extra for my trade and we could pick up car that day! My husband explained he was in a 24 hour shift at Fire station but that I would go by to give a deposit so that we could sign everything next day. Rupert said a deposit wasn't necessary and they would figure a way to get papers signed that day so we could take it that day. After dealing with financing and all from 10 am to 4pm we hadn't heard anything for over an hour till Paul texted us saying "sorry Rupert sold the Odyssey to someone else!" This dealership lives up to its horrific business reputation of being "sharks" and have no regard for anyone but themselves wish I had seen this website before wasting my time! DO NOT DO BUSINESSS HERE! They will just cheat you! More

Bought used car. No loan problem. It was no effort sale. Dealership did not give me a second key to the car. First I was told, that another dealer has it, than , after second call, I was told, that there is Dealership did not give me a second key to the car. I wrote to customer service and did not receive a reply. Seems to me, that after getting my money, they do not give a rats behind about a customer. I will not ever go back there, nor recommend the place to anybody. And working in a public place NOT recommending will be very easy More

I leased my Honda with these guys back in 2010. It was time for a new lease and after doing tons of online research and test drives, I wanted to come back to South Motors and be shown a bit of appreciatio time for a new lease and after doing tons of online research and test drives, I wanted to come back to South Motors and be shown a bit of appreciation for my loyalty. Didn't happen! I had contacted their internet manager, Rupert Garcia, who would reply to me in short, incomplete sentences; very unprofessional! After contacting other dealers for their best quotes, I came into their office with the email offer from a competitor to see if they would beat it or even match it. I made sure I had all the details and was very thorough in my search for all the final numbers...no surprises to be had. South Motors didn't even try to negotiate any sort of deals with me. They said they just couldn't make the deal. I was ready to take the car I wanted on the spot that day. They kept passing the buck to their "manager" who was nowhere to be found, saying he would not budge. I left, drove up to Pompano at Hendrick Honda, where they not only honored the email, they actually beat it!! It was a bit of a drive (over an hour on the highway from where I live), but well worth it. I don't think I'll come back to South Motors, despite being the closest dealer to my house. More
