Finally, they realized that such a request was ludicrous and they dispatched a driver to deliver the items in question to my home. Final kick in the teeth: the person I spoke to said that the g.m. requested that I take down the review!?!?! Even before the mistake was corrected and without reaching out to me. To that I replied that I would provide an update and only after the items were delivered to me. Both the original review and update are true and factual. Therefore I will not take them down as they faithfully represent my lived experience and can help other potential customers. So, I purchased a red 2025 HRV AWD with low miles (8,500) which is exactly the car I was hunting for the last three and a half months. My experience when I called to inquire if it was still there ... well, let's say left a lot to be desired. Since I wanted that specific car, and as it took a good two months of research to make a short list and then zero in on this model. Then another three and a half months to find this one. As I missed out on three of them with the same specs, I was ready to buy, but not ready to negotiate with a very unwelcoming sales rep. So, the same day I hired a broker, and the next day I got a deal I wanted. So far, so good. We went and picked up the car - the fellow who actually handled the sale (Kevin) was responsive, respectful, and nice. Not so much when I discovered a problem. Trouble happened when I opened the glove compartment to retrieve the owner manual yesterday, it was gone. It was there when I asked Kevin about the manual - he opened the glove compartment and showed it all to me. And now it's all gone, even the "sold" sign I wanted to keep for kicks and giggles!?!?!? So, some time while my broker and I were in the financial office, someone took it all out. Also, and this is my bad probably, after getting home I noticed that one of the little hubcaps and two caps on tires were missing, all on the passenger side. While looking at the car, I was told that it was inspected and detailed and I trusted them ... so, wouldn't have they noticed the missing parts? it didn't even cross my mind to look at the passenger side ... stupid trusting me!!! To make the issue even worse: this all was communicated today - TWICE and the glove box contents - and there is no response. Since I was not about to drive 45 minutes each way back there, I just went and purchased the missing parts at my neighbourhood Honda dealer, Showcase Honda where, by the way I worked with an absolutely amazing sales person, and whose customer service is 1000% better than this dealer! It's just a bummer that, despite his diligent search, he couldn't locate one car with such a specific list of specs. I really don't care about the minimal expense for missing parts. But I do as heck care about the owner manual. As it is, I am stumbling around the system and trying to find various things and options. I need a service schedule as well, which was in the glove compartment ... then mysteriously vanished while I was paying for the vehicle. I am really NOT a happy camper right now as they are not returning calls. Obviously, they cared about me until they had a check in hand ... once off the lot, they don't give a flying fig ... shame! More

I dropped by without an appointment, seeking only advice regarding a loose and crumbling weather seal on the body of my rear passenger door. I was prepared to schedule a repair or order the part, but Zachary immediately dropped what he was doing to assist me. He quickly assessed the issue and, to my surprise, found that they had the exact replacement seal in stock. After I purchased the part, Zachary went above and beyond by installing it for me right then and there. This level of quick, hands-on service was truly impressive. I have always taken both of my Hondas to this dealership for service and have consistently received great care, but Zachary's kindness and willingness to help immediately meant a lot. I would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for amazing service from Honda Superstition Springs Service Department. Last Monday 6/9/25 about this time, noon, I had a very unfortunate inciden for amazing service from Honda Superstition Springs Service Department. Last Monday 6/9/25 about this time, noon, I had a very unfortunate incident happen. I dropped by Honda service department to show them the situation. They, David Munoz service advisor, said to come back in the morning. Tuesday 6/10/25 Tommy Durante service director, got involved and assured me the problem would be taken care of, but the parts required were on "back order". Somehow, someway on Thursday 6/12/25 I received a call to bring in my vehicle for repair and pick up a "loaner", the next day Friday 6/13/25. The "loaner" happened to be a new 2025 Ridgeline (mine is a 2023 Ridgeline)! Then, now Monday 6/16/25 the call from Honda is to pick up my repaired vehicle. It's 10:30am, less than a week, less than a complete work day, and somehow and someway the exploded sunroof is an incident from the past!!! Thank you, thank you Tommy Durante ! ! ! The recall on the truck was also taken care of! More
