Honda of Tiffany Springs made a dreaded experience t It has been 10 years since the last time I bought a car, mainly because I hate the whole process. Honda of Tiffany Springs made a dreaded experience tolerable. They were friendly, professional, and not pushy. I had done my research, so I knew how much I wanted for my trade and a fair price for the CR-V I wanted. My terms were, of course, higher for my trade and lower for the car. Their counter was right on target for what I had decided was fair. Also really apprciated the time they took to go over all the bells and whistles that a 2015 model has vs. the 2006 I had been driving. Overall, will return when buying my next Honda. More

Looking for a used or new CR-V very happy with outcome We were looking at getting a slightly used to new CR-V. My wife really liked the 2014 CR-V but loved the way the 2015 drove. The new features in the 2 We were looking at getting a slightly used to new CR-V. My wife really liked the 2014 CR-V but loved the way the 2015 drove. The new features in the 2015 were great. We had shopped around and found a good deal at another dealer and after sharing that Brandon was able to get it approved to match the deal. Getting the vehicle financed was quick and easy and Tim was very nice and helpful. To top off the experience Anna was able to walk us through all the features and make sure our bluetooth was connected correctly before leaving. It is one thing to be able to have a good sales experience but having the extra help and service to make sure you get the most out of your car is very nice. When we are looking for a new car this will be our first stop. More

Had not intended on trading our 2013 Honda CR-V, we had been very please with our purchase of it and felt it was the best all round vehicle purchase w Had not intended on trading our 2013 Honda CR-V, we had been very please with our purchase of it and felt it was the best all round vehicle purchase we had made in our 36 years of marriage. Called by Haley and asked if we could consider trading for a 2015 Honda CR-V. We were really not interested but decided to give Haley a chance to see what she could do based on our past buying experience with Honda of Tiffany Springs. Haley worked hard to, one find us a 2015 the same color as our 2013 and two to get us a good deal. We were also please to work with Jesse again on the financing of the new purchase. Overall, another awesome buying experience. More

GREAT PEOPLE...TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! Happened by Tiffany Springs Honda on 3/10/15 to check out their inventory of the CR-V EX-L. My wife and I were actually on our way to test drive, and Happened by Tiffany Springs Honda on 3/10/15 to check out their inventory of the CR-V EX-L. My wife and I were actually on our way to test drive, and possibly make a purchase at another Honda dealership in the KC area. We actually found the suv that we were looking for on the showroom floor. It already had the accessories and options that we were most interested in. This gave us a great oppurtunity to pursue the purchase of our sought after vehicle. We were greeted at the door by Jay Fulton and invited to sit down and discuss what we wanted in a new car. From that point, both sides came to agreement on the purchase price of the CR-V, and the trade-in value of our Ford Escape Limited. Jay did a nice job of assuring us that he was there to help in any way possible to get through the buying experience, as quickly and as pain-free as possible. He did just that, and my wife and I can now say that we are proud of our new Honda, and quite pleased to have Jay Fulton as our sales associate. I would also like to commend the financing department for expediting our paperwork quickly and efficiently, thanks to Tim Minter. Tim and Jay are excellent examples of what it takes to represent a car dealership in the best of ways. They treat the customer with respect, and work to satisfy the buyers interests in every way.
