I was very disappointed by the very low trade in value for my car from Josh as well as Josh not wearing his mask properly and trying tk shake my hand. I inquired about a vehicle on Saturday December 18th 2021. I was able to speak with a dealership on December 20th and started the process to purchase the vehicle over the phone. I contacted an inspector to go out and inspect the vehicle. Halfway through the process I was told the car was sold to someone else. The communication was not great and their car was sold under me while I was attempting to purchase it. They contacted me and tried to sell me another one but I was not interested. More
Not only did I wronged one email, I wrote two asking for help with a trade in I had. Christine Dorety reached out by email and gave me the run around. Very bad service and didn’t even feel like she wanted my business. I’ll definitely be going else where. Hint taken. More
