I was very disappointed by the very low trade in value for my car from Josh as well as Josh not wearing his mask properly and trying tk shake my hand. I inquired about a vehicle on Saturday December 18th 2021. I was able to speak with a dealership on December 20th and started the process to purchase the vehicle over the phone. The communication was not great and their car was sold under me while I was attempting to purchase it. They contacted me and tried to sell me another one but I was not interested. More

Not only did I wronged one email, I wrote two asking for help with a trade in I had. Christine Dorety reached out by email and gave me the run around.
