My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
I walked into Honda of Tysons corner with the intention of purchasing a new Honda, but was treated extremely rudely by the sales staff. It took me 10 minutes to be greeted by a sales representative, and 15 more minutes for them to get me a car to test drive. After that, the salesperson disappeared. When I finally found him again, he was dismissive and inattentive. We did not even get to the point of discussing price because I was so dissatisfied with the service. I eventually went to another dealership.

Honda of Tysons Corner was recommended to me by a co-worker. I bring my vehicle to them on a regular basis. I use the orange team. The service advisor has never steered me wrong. I take his advise on work that needs to be done. I never question his judgement. I have been to other Honda dealers for service but these guys are the best. I will never go anywhere else. They have the best technicians around. They price is worth it.

I JUST PURCHASED AN ODYESSEY WHICH MY WIFE LOVES.SPECIAL THANKS TO MY SALESMAN GREGG AND THE GENERAL MANAGER MIKE WALKER FOR ALL THEIR HELP IN MAKING THE WHOLE PROCESS EASY.I NOW OWN A RIDGELINE AND ODYSSEY AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH HONDA OF TYSONS CORNER FOR ALL MY FUTURE SALES AND SERVICE NEEDS.

Hung did a great job. He was very thorough in explaining the many features of the car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Mike Walker the GM was also very good to deal with along with the other dealer staff. The finance process was very efficient....Troy the finance manager did a good job of explaining the finance options. My vehicle was delivered in great condition. It was cleaned and vacuumed. I was also inpressed that I received a personal letter from the GM thanking me for on my purchase along with phone numbers of key managers if I needed information. This is truly a top notch dealership who knows how is very serious about customer service

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
Being in the sales/customer service industry I have to say that I have never worked with a more professional sales staff than what I worked with at Honda of Tysons Corner.

I purchased a new Honda Accord and found their sales people to be knowledgable and accomodating. All the numbers were laid out on the table and nothing changed when I met with Allen to do the financing. As most of know, the numbers ALWAYS change when you sit down with the financing people.

My sales person was very thorough and sent a nice thank you card to my family after the purchase. I was also introduced to the manager of their operation (Mr. Walker) and found him to be very pleasant as well. We only spoke for a few minutes but he also sent a card to my home thanking us for our business. He was very professional/personable even on a crazy Saturday at their dealership when he was being pulled several different ways.

I have not worked with their service department yet, but hope to see the same great service from them as I did the sales side.

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
Being in the sales/customer service industry myself I have found it very hard to find a quality salesperson, much less a quality service center as well.

Throughout the entire purchasing, financing, and service process at Honda of Tysons Corner things were handled very professionally and very thoroughly.

The art of following up was definitely taught to the sales representative and the finance manager. I was even introduced to Mike Walker the general manager eventhough it was a crazy day at the dealership. Mr. Walker was busy working on several deals but still took the time to speak with my family and sent a card to us hoping we enjoyed our experience with his team.

All of these gentlemen made my experience a wonderful one at Honda of Tysons Corner. I highly recommend this dealership.

Honda Of Tysons Corner has the best service department i have ever been to.They treat me with respect and act like i am the most important person in the room. I would like to thank the entire staff, but especially Alex Bonilla on the gold team for his help with a warranty issue.They also gave me great prices on some maintenance work that i needed. Robert is the most patient and knowledgeable sales rep I have ever met. A GEM! General Sales Manager William Morris handled the pricing and John Yucel was terrific with the financing and paperwork
