My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
Went in to purchase a new accord, and was treated nicely by the sales staff. However, the price the manager quoted me was outragious. I had done research prior to going into the dealer and knew the actual cost of options and features between different accord models, and the price given to me by the sales manager did not add up. When I confronted the manager and ask why the price was so different, he said it just is. Walked out after I heard that from the manager.

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
We purchased a used vehicle from them and it did not come with floor mats, Khalid stated that that was not a problem, and they had plenty, they would put a set in the car. Little did we know they put in a set worth about $2.99, pieces of crap. Also, during the purchase process we stated several times that we had license plates to transfer to the vehicle, they proceeded to charge us and purchase new ones anyway, and then it took over two months to get our money back, and that only happened when I insisted on speaking with Mike, the dealership general manager.

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
in 2004 i traded in a 1999 accord for a 2004 accord. they looked at my car, said mileage was too high and they wouldn't be able to sell it there - would have to sell it at auction instead. gave me 5,000 for the trade, and a week later i see my car posted on their web site after a nice detailing for 10,000.

so on the purchase of the new accord there's a little guy named mohammad that drives me to the back of the lot to look for the accord. we get off the car..walk for a few minutes and then he realizes we are in civic lot and not accord. finally we get to accord lot and i pick out one. he stalls....and stalls. after test drive, that is. makes me wait.

finally, in finance office with an old white lady, she is going to charge me $50 for financing. who charges a fee to finance a car???? didn't think it was a standard practice. tried to give me something like 7% even with excellent cred. goes down to 5%. lady looked nice and gentle on outside, inside was a wolf.

another great service visit at honda of tysons corner. thanks ryan for all the help on my ridgeline. i will be bringing in my odyssey very soon. also a shout out to the friendly porters and cashiers. their new waiting room is state of the art and very comfortable. i enjoyed watching tv on the 50 inch plasma on the wall. they had two of them in there. it was awseome

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
This is the worst Honda dealer service center. The people are not professional at all. I dropped the car there for the service. When I picked up my car, I got the new scratch at the rear bumper. I talked to the manager. The manager denied their responsibility. They don't want to do anything for their fault. This is just unbelievable. I will tell everyone I know about that and ask them never do any business at this center.

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
Chuck at Honda of Tysons Corner went out of his way to make sure that I had a great experience in buying my '09 Civic. He's clearly knowledgeable and loves the cars he's selling. At no point during the process did he make me feel pressured to buy. When they didn't have the car that I wanted on the lot, he even went personally to another dealership 150 miles away (the closest he could find it) to pick it up for me. If you're looking for a Honda in the Northern Virginia area, you should definitely go to Honda of Tysons Corner and talk to Chuck!

I walked into Honda of Tysons corner with the intention of purchasing a new Honda, but was treated extremely rudely by the sales staff. It took me 10 minutes to be greeted by a sales representative, and 15 more minutes for them to get me a car to test drive. After that, the salesperson disappeared. When I finally found him again, he was dismissive and inattentive. We did not even get to the point of discussing price because I was so dissatisfied with the service. I eventually went to another dealership.

My Review of Honda of Tysons Corner:
Being in the sales/customer service industry I have to say that I have never worked with a more professional sales staff than what I worked with at Honda of Tysons Corner.

I purchased a new Honda Accord and found their sales people to be knowledgable and accomodating. All the numbers were laid out on the table and nothing changed when I met with Allen to do the financing. As most of know, the numbers ALWAYS change when you sit down with the financing people.

My sales person was very thorough and sent a nice thank you card to my family after the purchase. I was also introduced to the manager of their operation (Mr. Walker) and found him to be very pleasant as well. We only spoke for a few minutes but he also sent a card to my home thanking us for our business. He was very professional/personable even on a crazy Saturday at their dealership when he was being pulled several different ways.

I have not worked with their service department yet, but hope to see the same great service from them as I did the sales side.

The sales staff was friendly and treated me great. A special thanks to my salesman Gregg and his manager William for helping me with my Ridgeline purchase. I will be purchasing an Odyssey from them this summer. Great job.

Honda Of Tysons Corner has the best service department i have ever been to.They treat me with respect and act like i am the most important person in the room. I would like to thank the entire staff, but especially Alex Bonilla on the gold team for his help with a warranty issue.They also gave me great prices on some maintenance work that i needed. Thanks again!!!!
