Good experience The only issue I had was a result of a miscommunication - Not Josh Stodel's fault. I was coming in for an oil change and mentioned that the rubber str The only issue I had was a result of a miscommunication - Not Josh Stodel's fault. I was coming in for an oil change and mentioned that the rubber strip for the driver side rear window was loose (appeared to lack a clip). Josh said he would order a new one. However, another technician thought it required more immediate attention and attempted to fix it which resulted in my waiting two hours for what would normally be a quick oil change. More

Caring Customer Service Josh greeted me personally and was there as I pulled into the place. I never had to question where I needed to go as he directed and guided my car in Josh greeted me personally and was there as I pulled into the place. Although I never met him, he knew who I was when I drove up as he mentioned that he had just spoken with me over the phone, so this made me feel very welcomed! Although I only needed a simple oil change, I must say it was rather quick and didn't leave me much time to chat with the other friendly customers in the waiting room. Quick and easy oil change First time here as I am from out of state. I was greeted right away with friendly conversation. I had a few questions which were all answered effectively and promptly. In the waiting area, I helped myself to some crackers and watched the news. My service was completed quickly and I was kept informed throughout that it would be done in about 5 more minutes. The only thing I was not a fan of was that it cost more then at home and they moved my seat. Otherwise, all was good. More

Great Team Aaron and Bobby have been the best two employees I’ve dealt with at Honda of the Avenues.
