We left our car at the dealership because the convertible top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. A week later I was not able to get through the service dept. li top had stopped working and we knew that a replacement part would have to be ordered. A week later I was not able to get through the service dept. line and my messages were not being answered, so I drove to the dealership in a rental car. To my surprise, the part had arrived and the car was almost ready to be picked up, but Jeff Huang was going crazy because one person had left and another was out sick. He was very apologetic and we were just so pleased that the car would be ready to be picked up the next day. Thanks. More
