He almost wouldn't let me walk home when that's what I had planned to do. While the car was there a recall I had forgot about was completed along with a wheel alignment that was out of specs. Topped it off with a complimentary car wash. Great work Larry...Thanks. More
Outstanding Service I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could get it replaced with my warranty. He immediately offered me a courtesy ride to my home in which he would pick me up when my car was done. I neglected to remember my keys for my house with my car and we had to turn back. At this point he informed me that I had an oil leak and luckily it was also covered by warranty. He said he would need the car overnight and rushed me to an Enterprise rent a car down the road to get me in a vehicle for the day at the expense of More Mazda (probably due to the warranty allowing such a thing). When I returned the next day it was a swift and easy transaction as all I had to do was sign a paper and I was off. I even was able to leave the rental car there and Enterprise picked it up from there. This was such a swift, easy going, and great customer service experience! They even detailed my car! Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They've made me a loyal Mazda owner. Thank you Larry and team at More Mazda! More
I had gone to another Mazda dealer who tried to sell me on well over $1000 in repairs/maintenance that were supposedly urgent. Months afterwards, though the sky hadn't fallen as predicted, I had finally sa on well over $1000 in repairs/maintenance that were supposedly urgent. Months afterwards, though the sky hadn't fallen as predicted, I had finally saved up and went to More Mazda as it was now the more convenient location. My online appointment must not have gotten set up properly somehow, but they squeezed me in anyway, and on a holiday at that. Less than an hour and $128 later I was out the door with an honest assessment of what I truly needed and the maintenance complete. I even opened the door to them about my fears of the repairs I thought I needed. They just as easily could have told me they were must-haves. They didn't. In fact, some of the repairs/ maintenance I was previously advised on I didn't need at all, and the others wouldn't be needed for months. I will go nowhere else from now on, and will likely be purchasing a new 3 from them very soon. Hopefully the sales department lives up to what I have experienced already. Thanks, guys!! More
Every time we deal with this place, we leave happy. Eddie ROCKS and is ALWAYS the first guy out there to shake our hands, introduce himself, make small talk, and get to the point about car-service. They always offer bottled waters to their customers and always seem to have a positive attitude in a career that, most likely, deals with disgruntled customers on an hourly basis. Awesome place. Mr.Valdez provided an expert diagnosis & his service technitions performed the work in a timely manner. My Mazda3 doesn't "shimmy" when coming to a stop & seems to drive much tighter than before. Mr. Valdez also informed me that my car has a timing chain instead of a belt, which won't need replacing nearly as soon as I had thought. I am very happy with the service reveived from More Mazda & I will recommend them to all of my friends! More
