Service department is horrible. Charge you $150 just to look at your vehicle. Service charges are three times other shops. Don't even try to work with Chevrolet on warranty items. Found one I thought and the next day went to pick it up. Got home with it and there were all kinds of problems. I had so much trouble. They promised a full tank of gas and I had to beg for that. I'm a disabled vet who was looking for a reliable used car. I thought this was the place but, I wouldn't recommend them to any service member or retired service member. Save your money. Don't be like me and lose it. Never again. More

Stay away! They were extremely pushy. They lied multiple times They tried to slip in an extra $2500 onto my bill without me noticing. They didn't inform me that the car had: Screwed up speakers, a drivers s times They tried to slip in an extra $2500 onto my bill without me noticing. They didn't inform me that the car had: Screwed up speakers, a drivers side door that leaked in rainstorms, no working rear defrost, and more. Oh and one of the lies was about what the 1 month "Full" warranty covered, so I had to pay to have everything fixed. The stuff that was broken wasn't stuff that meant the car was undrivable, but it was just annoying little stuff that they didn't tell me about, and cost me a few hundred here, few hundred there, to fix. Note: They later asked me via email how my experience was and I told them all this. I got no response back. More

He was patient and liste online looking for a SUV or a truck. We met rob and he took us around to look at SUVs at the surrounding hubler dealerships. He was patient and listened to what we was looking for. It took us a couple times coming back to finally find the right SUV for us. We got a great deal on it and we are very happy with it. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment to look at and drive a car. I explained to the employee that I lived two and a half hours away and would be making the drive in the morning to look at a specif and drive a car. I explained to the employee that I lived two and a half hours away and would be making the drive in the morning to look at a specific car we saw on the website. Later that evening I received a phone call to confirm my appointment to view the car. On Saturday morning as we were leaving our home I received another call from J.R. Smith asking me if I would still be coming for my appointment to see the car and advised me to ask for him seeing as how the person I was originally told to ask for was not in. I explained to him that I was walking out the door and that I was over a two hour drive away. When we first got to the lot we were greeted by a friendly sales man whom escorted us inside to wait for J.R.(he was busy with another customer however he did confirm with us which car he were there to see). After waiting inside for about twenty minutes another sales man (very kindly) asked us which car we were there to see and said he would pull it around for us to see since J.R. was busy. Five minutes later the man returned to tell us that the vehicle had been sold. Apparently the car was moved to another lot and sold before J.R. had even called us to confirm the appointment. Needless to say I was extremely upset that not only was I not called to be informed the car was sold but that when I expressed my feelings with J.R. he told me he "was just calling this morning to confirm I was still coming not necessarily to look at that specific car". When we mentioned that we could have just went to another dealership to look at a similar car instead of wasting our day and gas driving up there he stated, "Well why didn't you just go there then". So not only was it a waste of my day driving over two hours to view a car that was sold before I left my house but I also feel like I was treated rudely. (The other employees I dealt with were very nice). This was all in addition to wasting my gas money and having to bring my two year old with me for the entire wasted trip there and back home. More

We shopped on their website, then contacted the GM, Casey Anderson, a longtime friend of mine..Between him and our salesman he referred the deal to, David Griggs, the whole deal was handled professionally and efficiently...They were very thorough on the whole transition into our new Traverse, and we felt we got a very fair trade in value for our old vehicle.. I just returned to have the windows tinted and a license plate bracket mounted and the service was top notch, and done with hesitation..I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to their dealership for a purchase... The dealership delivered the car to us because there were a few minor things scheduled for repair. While we received excellent service at the dealership, I was upset upon delivery of the vehicle because the the low fuel light was on and the delivery person said you need gas, hopefully you can make it to the nearest gas station.
